Same vibe as normies who think 4chan is some massive criminal underground of super hackers because they heard about it on the news once and never took 5 seconds to look at it themselves. It's kinda crazy. I can understand watching something on the news about Israel or Palestine and it's not like you can just drop everything and go there to see if the news is right or not, so you've gotta take someone's word about what's really going on there. But Kiwi Farms, 4chan, 8chan, etc - you hear about that on the news and you could go find out if it's true in literal seconds. They never do though.
