Furry Fandom and Drama General

We, as a species, spent quite some time when an average lifespan was around 30 years.
That depends on how far back you want to go. A lot of that had to do with infant mortality driving down the average, at least in historical time periods. If you made it past four years old in the Bronze Age, you stood a decent chance of making it past 60. But a lot of people didn't hit four.

You're so exposed to this shit that it's no longer considered so severe to you.
Not exactly where I was going with that but ok. Honestly I think last year was kind of a bad one. I can't really remember too many degenerate scandals this year but that might be because I haven't had my ear on the ground as much anymore.
Here's a playlist of 521 similar videos I found going to report that video.
Well okay there is also this actually, although this is also blatant coomerism in general too. Still furry coomerism nonetheless. This has also been going on for a while too, I'd like to know how this just slipped by everyone. What pisses me off is a few of these that are outright porn are only age restricted. No, it should be removed.
And that's just the restricted ones, a lot are just viewable by anyone of any age. Good to see Youtube's moderation system is as dogshit as ever.

EDIT: On second thought, now I have to wonder now if this is like the Monkeyhate crap. I really hope it's just idiot coomerism and not another grooming cult.

Did you know that IRL foxes are some of the best parents in the animal kingdom? Male ones in particular play and take extreme care of the cubs up until they reach adulthood, while females takes care of the den.
I cannot grasp why, but I find it strangely ironic when looking at furries...
And the also happen to be very loud as well as piss and shit everywhere with extra stinky urine and there's no irony with any of those aspects and furries.

Adding to this, male foxes are known to mate for life. When a vixen dies, he often won’t pursue another one. Another profound irony when contrasted with the furry fandom.
(google image search didn't have great safe mode put in back then so looking up meowth would land you in Kanada's TF Central website)
This just unlocked a core memory, and not for the better, dear God…

Furfags desire what they never had

That's something I heavily doubt. I studied forest zoology at university and my teacher called that bullshit, sadly.
It would be funny it that was the case, tho...

This applies only to gray foxes (which isn't a true Vulpes fox) and a few other species (NOT red foxes which are the majority of fox furfags' fursonas). They do find another mate after death, though. Every other species has high levels of polyamory (>50%).

One of the funny things to me is furries (especially the younger ones) not realizing that gray foxes aren't just a red fox reskin option.

(But silver foxes are. Foxes are weird.)

Wacky video about the "feral art" controversies in the furry fandom. Not sure where else to put this.

All furries are zoophiles. The ones who prefer anthropomorphic characters is merely a hard cope.
An anthropomorphic character is closer to an animal than a human, you're specifically adding all these
animal features to a humanoid body.

The question isn't whether a furry is a zoophile or not, it's now much of a zoophile are they.
Oh well, so long as it (hopefully) keeps them away from the family/neighbour's dog.

I completely disagree. A character that has a human body, speaks and acts like a human, walks on two legs like a human and only has superficial animal features(head, tail, fur, feet) is closer to a human than animal.

Why not just exclude those features and leave the human as it is? Certainly zoophilic tendencies going on there if you find the need to incorporate such details in what you wanna fuck.
