Imagine you are addicted to heroin. Your dealer offers your $200 of heroin, daily, if you just show people who like you what heroin is. You shoot up your $200 of heroin, $100 chunks and don't get the high you want. So you accuse your dealer of giving you, FOR FREE, bad heroin in front of all the people the dealer hoped would be new heroin users.

Gambling is not heroin, but people do become so addicted it controls their lives just as much as hard drugs can and do.

To do it with two different 'dealers' now shows he either lacks the ability to learn or is completely unable to control his behavior.

Watched, a true lolcow!

Or is he just robotically saying the words because he's learned through trial and error which ones lead to the most sympathy juice?
He's getting it from the worst possible place. Reminds me sort of of Brandon "Ripper" Vedas (of "I told u I was hardcore" fame), who OD'd and died while irc #shroomery users egged him on to do more drugs. I can't help but feel a bit ghoulish at laughing at this loser, but egging him on kind of sucks.
Who the fuck has an open line at 4am?
Most credible gambling sites actually. I remember PokerStars, Party, UltimateBet, etc. all had 24/7 lines.
He represents everything the traditional gaming industry does not want to highlight. A loser in every sense of the word, without even an ounce of glamour or hope surrounding him.
He gets sponsored by marginal operations that aren't really in the "industry" as such. The major gambling sites at least make a pretense of putting up resources on their sites for problem gamblers, having the ability to lock yourself out, even permanently (even some of the worst sites do this), and while it's as credible as a distillery telling you to "drink responsibly" when the bulk of their profits are from addicts, it's not outright predatory.

Anyone sponsoring this lunatic is actively courting the degen market. The gambling equivalent of crackheads (and in ACP's case an actual literal crackhead too).

Incidentally, I note that I get a message thrown up when I try to connect from a U.S. IP.

And they also have the boilerplate "Responsible Gambling" page: https://rainbet.com/responsible

Apparently, they also do have a "self-exclusion" feature, which is something reputable gambling sites have. I'm not sure how it would necessarily be enforced if they allow crypto deposits and withdrawals. The restrictions may simply be on doing bank transactions that would implicate KYC/AML as well as the so-called "Port Security Act" that essentially outlawed using American banks for anything like gambling from other countries.

(Considering that we now have some forms of online gambling legal here, interdicting the sites of other countries is probably in direct contravention of our WTO obligations and in fact we have lost cases before that body. E.g. https://www.wto.org/english/Tratop_e/dispu_e/cases_e/ds285_e.htm . Fun fact: in WTO cases, since the court does not actually have the power to enforce its judgments directly, the offended countries (Antigua and Barbuda in this case) are allowed to retaliate by violating intellectual property law to the amount of the damages, in that case $21 million. But enough international IP law sperging.)

So I wouldn't say for sure it's a pure scam site, just that sponsoring ACP in particular is a trifle sus to say the least.

That said after a surface level crawl I don't really see more complaints about the site than you'd expect. So I might just be being overly paranoid, not that there is such a thing.
The fact the owner jumps right to saying hi to kiwifarms suggests to me the theory that they found bossman through this site. They knew he would lose it all and knew he had a lot of gambling degens watching him and that he was associated with runescape.
I guess he'll be another person we get blamed for when he finally Budd Dwyers himself on stream.

Even though he constantly says “I might do something STUPID guise!! For real this time!” to juicers I don’t think he’ll ever pull a Mcnutt. After all, being dead means no more crack, no more weed, and most importantly no more gamba. It’s honestly probably the only reason he hasn’t offed himself, I’d imagine it’s like “yeah I have no hope in life anymore but that big win is right around the corner! I can’t die without one more spin!” in his head.

He's too much of a pussy to an hero. I was going to say that if he ever did die doing something stupid it would probably be him pulling a McSkillet in his future Honda Civic, but then I remembered that McSkillet's crash was deemed an intentional suicide in which a mother and her daughter were also killed. Now obviously I hope he doesn't an hero anytime soon if ever, but going out like that seems like Austin's style.

He doesn't want to kill himself; he wants to die. That's his specific wording most of the time.

There's a big difference in language and intent (or lack thereof) there. He wants something to happen to him, he wants to be a victim. Ultimately he's too much of a pussy and living too much of a comfortable life to do anything to himself.

That's exactly why I think it's an act and he's not genuinely experiencing self-awareness. Even a fleeting moment of genuine "oh shit this is actually bad and I should really do something tangible to get help to stop this" in a long-time addict can be enough to take even a tiny little step towards improving things, especially in a situation like his.

It would really take nothing more than a ten second convo with his parents: "I know I have a problem, so turn off my internet and take away my computer so I can't gamble anymore, no matter how angry I get." Even if he instantly regrets it and starts screaming until the internet and computer are restored, it would signal to them that all hope is not lost and might spur them into action to get him help instead.

It might amount to nothing, but it doesn't have to. But he never takes even that little baby step. It's always just (as you say) to springboard a new begging session.

100% fake.
He does understand he’s fucked his life, but the only thing that makes that reality bearable (or let’s him not think about it) is more gambling and more drugs.

It’s like a 500 lb person viewing a bag of fast food. Fuck it, the food makes this moment feel good damn the future.

It’s one of the biggest issues dealing with addicts of any kind. Once they sober up they have to deal with the consequences of years of completely fucking up their life. They are trying to keep reality at bay, keep that tab running rather than settle up.

Austin would be the guy with neck tattoos running the drive thru window at Hardee’s, or working the cardboard sign at an off ramp, if not for his parents.

If Austin could keep it together I could see him running a drive thru. But if BMJ went on the streets he wouldn't last a month before OD'ing or getting stabbed in the neck by a fellow bum. BMJ would start telling his fellow bum that he fucked his mom last night and they would just kill him.
Imagine Bossman manning a drive thru
>hi what would you like to order
> woman responds
>crack brain activates
>"damn that pussy nice!"

You would give this dude access to the cash register?

I can't believe this didn't get clipped from the stream last night, Bossman is so down bad for some juice he swigs hot sauce for $13,32 (but remember, 15k ain't much bro). Doesn't affect him too much, straight to gamba afterwards. He got felted on Keno 3 mins later.

I was recording that entire half hour or whatever waiting for him to drink it and my stream started buffering the second he actually drinks the hot sauce and I missed it, glad you caught it.
