Can we really blame him, though? It seems that the only way for you to be a successful content creator these days is to support or align yourself with queer people even if you aren't one yourself.
You should show loyalty to them otherwise you will be confused as a discriminatory Chud.

Derek does come off to me as a trend chaser. He is desperate to be popular and if that requires him to appeal to trannies, thats a small price to pay.

I mean he has come across as a trend chaser for years. From having celebrities in his movies to begging any popular youtuber that made fun of it to be in his movie (like how he was incredibly desperate to get Pewdiepie in the school shooting movie).

He honestly could've but he burnt bridges with many youtubers like YMS due to Derek false flagging smaller channels that were more blunt in their critiques, and Mumkey Jones when he put the kickstarter money for his school shooter movie into other smaller movies.

Derek also burnt bridges with the original cool cat actor due to his insistence on having Cool Cat be in the 420 awards when the Cool Cat actor found it weird for a kids movie character to be in it.

Then tried to make a lot of money off of COVID by having his next Cool Cat film center around COVID, and make it part of one of the 420 awards

Yes we do. There was only one Cool Cat costume and the actor in the costume played both parts. He said so in an interview.

Do Erik Estrada and Vivica Fox count as "celebrities" these days? One of them peaked in 1980 and the other one I'd hadn't even heard of until Cool Cat Saves The Kids.

I unironically liked the original Cool Cat. He had a great voice for the role. Derek's Cool Cat voice just sounds weird, mainly because it sounds like Derek if someone kicked him square in the nuts.

To Derek Savage they do, because he is genuinely out of touch with many people and many things such as thinking pretending to be a lawyer to bully people would be a good idea.

His voice was better but Derek dubbing his voice shows how much he doesn't give a shit about anybody else and Cool Cat is all about him. This is his claim to fame and will literally be the only thing he's done that has achieved even the tiniest bit of recognition.

To be fair Erik has done a lot of work in telenovellas down Mexico way and has kept bust doing voiceover work most notably in Sealab 2021.

And Vivica's best known role was in Independence day and playing Vernita Green in "Kill Bill". She's kept busy but does a lot of B-movies and direct to streaming drek.

They're probably people that lived close enough by and were willing to do him a solid. So they got all liquored up one afternoon, filmed their one and only scene and that was it. You can't tell me that Erik wasn't drunk off his ass doing that scene.

Daddy Derek is friends with or knows a guy who is the only civilian owner of a Harrier Jet. He used it once in his movie when he just stuck a Cool Cat decal on it and that was pretty much it.

He's been referring to it ever since like it's something amazing that only his movie has and no other.
