That'll go nowhere. The judge's decision was a classic example of "Judges are cowards". She found that he absolutely, completely, totally did engage in insurrection but that the law itself does not apply to presidential elections. its a classic cut down the middle decision meant to do nothing but hopefully mollify both sides with just enough legal reasoning as to be solid on appeal.

This is an uncomfortable truth that a lot of people don't want to recognize or accept as a massive positive impact of the 2nd Amendment. Part of keeps a 'free State' is making sure that politicians keep their asses in line, and every one of them needs to have that small niggling realization in the back of their mind that no matter how much they might be able to skate by on recall elections, impeachments or criminal charges ultimately some pissed off dude with a deer rifle can deliver consequences for their deliberate fuckery. They sure as shit don't believe in judgement by God, so the only brake is possible ballistic consequences - and even though those have been extremely infrequent, the mere fact that it could happen drives them insane.
You can tell how evil and selfish they all are by how hard they campaign to remove even the extremely remote possibility of consequences for malfeasance.

It raises the likelihood that people not identified prior will be identified by others. Since more eyes on them means more possibility of identification. This is a remote possibility though due to the sheer amount of footage and the man is acting hysterical.

Every adult's face is already saved in a government database thanks to driver's licenses and passports. Releasing the videos to the public does not put the people in them at any more risk.
