I just remembered something. Wasn't one of Chris's games, Pokemon or something, showing his location at Big Island?

Edit: I just looked at the Zillow listing and it looks like that place has at least one, but maybe two units that are separate and could be used as apartments, including one on the front of the building.

I mentioned it in random thoughts and questions thread. (By mistake) I'm sure most of us knew but didn't expect it to be a gane stream. But yes it's become too tiresome to bother with him. Unless it's a video/stream that offers full chimp mode Ala the blocking saga or the mlp protests it's just not worth a damn anymore.

The town doesn't seem like a crime-ridden shithole but about 75% white, 25% black, nowheres-ville Virginia with an unremarkable community, appears to be a suburb of Lynchburg which is more prone to crime, and poorer. Overall it just doesn't seem like anywhere somebody would want to live. Even $235k seems like a lot in this market with little to no land to speak of coming with that house. No garages or covered parking, either.

The house also:

- Looks to be next to a paper mill or some sort of factory. Paper mills smell bad, rust bucket factories in general tend to smell bad, if it's functional at all. It's a eyesore at best.

- Is on a literal highway with little to no yard. The best view looks to be of the highway itself.

- Is next to a 5G tower, which I'm sure in Virginia is more of a concern for people than elsewhere because they probably think it'll give them cancer with microwaves.

- The house is basically on top of the unit next to it. Looks like you've got potential neighbors behind you in the trailer on their lot as well.

- Is comparable in price to the units in the area. But yes, looks to be designed by an asshole.

It works if you're trying to have a space where you can run Praetor and house your retarded golden goose. I would have opted for something a little more private since you can see everything come and go, but I'm also just like that in general. I suppose something like a garage doesn't matter if people are going to eventually find our where Chris is anyways if he's driving around.

The closed bank and commercial storefronts are so depressing. It's very close to the post office which is convenient for the business given that anything else you'd need looks to be 20 minutes away. Memory Lane is also a cute street name. Lynchburg is also where Liberty University is. Chris probably won't go anywhere near there as a transvestite, but holy shit would it be amazing if he was pulling out the attraction sign on that campus. Liberty is Jerry Falwell University. No sex, drugs, or R rated movies with the exception of The Passion of The Christ. Actually, maybe Chris would have benefited from going there. Today, Chris showing up there proclaiming to be the christ would be top tier entertainment.

The fucking kitchen layout is sending me holy shit. Why the fuck is the sink on the other side of the room?? That said it's absolutely perfect for a slumlord rental or as @Shrlurmp says, housing an autistic golden goose and keeping him under watchful eye.

Speaking of kitchens in that nightmare of a house... Why the hell are there kitchenettes in the closets? It make way more sense to turn those into small bathrooms and use the bigger kitchens as communal areas. The current set up is absolutely a fire hazard.
