I want to share with you some info on Praetor that I have figured out, and the role that Flutter plays in this story.
It all started with the recent home address find which I also participated in. Since it's in Lynchburg, Flutter's supposed place, it got me thinking?
If Flutter started contacting Chris while in jail and was from Lynchburg, why would Praetor try to get a house in this specific place, at her spot? They wouldn't do all of this for her. But then, I rewatched the video Chris has made on October 17th...and it hit me, the newfound realisation. Might be a bit too far fetch'd at first, but just stick with me.
This is interesting. He MET her in Lynchburg. She does NOT neccesairly have to come from Lynchburg. And the first Chris sighting in Lynchburg was the Dragon Fire Games one, on July 20.
Now, keep in mind the date, July 20. Want to know when Caden Peck bought the place Chris is now confirmed to be living at?
Yeah, June 23. This means something very important. This means that Flutter met Chris AFTER Praetor was confirmed to buy a house in this city.
This also lines up with what we know about Flutter. She started writing to Chris in jail during the second half of 2022, when Praetor lost contact with him. He started meeting Flutter in July at Lynchburg, where Praetor was confirmed to be stationed at. He also went with her to Ruckersville, including his previous house. But, this also implies something more sinister.
Flutter is actually a member of Praetor keeping an eye on Chris and manipulating him on the pretense of being his BF with which he lives.
Now, this may be a bit outlandish, but let me explain.
The house is owned by Caden Peck, the lader of Praetor, yet Chris was only ever seen with Flutter. Futhermore, as seen during the livestreams, Caden communicates with him over the phone. Now, why would someone with whom Chris lives call him for such things? Plus, Praetor is composed of ex Goochland high schoolers. If they wanted him close, they would get him a house there. Now, this is where my theory comes into play.
Flutter was given a task of contacting with Chris in jail and becoming his friend, then putting op with his bullshit, such as making out in public on September 17, in order to get Chris to live with her, where he can be directly under Praetor's control without his knowledge. He can easily be manipulated by such schemes, as was proven by The Idea Guys and Bluespike's Ohio trip, as well as Bella of Praetor, and even Fiona partially.
The timeline looks as follows:
August 1 2021 - Chris goes to jail, Praetor starts making business with him during jail
Mid 2022 - Praetor loses contact with Chris
Second half of 2022 - Praetor hires Flutter, who poses as a fan of Chris and befriends him
March 27 2023 - Chris goes out of jail and lives in the group house, somewhere in Chester County, as confirmed by all the sightings
June 23 2023 - Praetor buys a house and gives ownership to Flutter
March - July 2023 - Chris and Flutter maintain very good contact and plan to meet up.
July - August 2023 - Flutter suggests Chris to meet up at Lynchburg and her house on the outskirts of Lynchburg, to which Chris is oblivious and complies. Chris meets up with her a lot, and starts living there
Early September 2023 - Flutter goes with Chris to 14BC to search the place for anything that can be sold on OfficialCWCMart for profit. They take a large number of gravel, rocks, and old unfinished 2021 art
September 2023 - Now - Flutter, under instructions of Praetor, sets up Chris's return on the internet, including organising his livestream setup, giving him finished scripts, including the dismissal of rape, absolute ban on talking about any of Praetor and Flutter, as well as the current location, getting a 3D Printer, prolly resin, to manufacture new line of medallions and figures, and handling editing of his videos

As we can see, in this scenario, the only interaction between Chris and the rest of Praetor is recieving and sending products to be sold on OfficialCWCMart, meaning that Flutter can manipulate him without Chris ever being aware of it. This also separates Chris from his old enviroment, his family, and the rest of Praetor, keeping him "hidden", which they tried to upkeep with hiding his car, using a PO box further away and other details.
From unrelated trivia, while the identity of Flutter, bar living and putting up with Chris in order to maintain Praetor's good PR and make sure Chris is doing his work, is unknown, we can tell some of the details.
First of all, she is 30, if Chris is to be believed, but since the rest of Praetors are around 21 right now, this might be lower. Second, since she doesn't have to be from Lynchburg, she most likely is from Praetor's closer area, such as Goochland and Charlottesville. Third, and on a more interesting note...she might be part Finnish, or at least claiming so. Chris's Duolingo account shows us something very interesting.
The account was made in October 2023, and he used it for three languages, Hebrew, Spanish and...Finnish. While the first two are understandable and might be the so-called "old language" Chris was talking about, it's Finnish that stands out the most. You get around 15 XP a lesson without boosters, which means that Chris only did one lesson in Hebrew and gave up, and only did 4-6 in Spanish. In comparison, he is fanatic about Finnish, going as far as being in Amethyst league, which is only fourth out of ten available ones, right behind Pearl, Obsidian and Diamond. He's very fanatic about it...but the reason why is unknown. My theory, other than him wanting to go Finland which is kinda unrealistic as an ex convict and a known ignorant about the outside world, barely knowing any countries outside of America, is that Flutter is at least part Finnish, or at least claims so. Chris is known for going very far with his gal pal interests, such as Sailor Moon with Megan and Hyperdimension Neptunia with The Idea Guys. It's very possible that he does so to impress her. It might be a bit outlandish, but I don't see the reason why Chris would do so otherwise. Plus, if she really has this ancestry, she'd be far easier to find.
This is all that I have for now. I have tried to find Chris's weak spots with address emails and such, but he seems to have better security measures. Whitepages also didn't give me any important info.

Also...yup, notice the wording in the tweet Chris posted AFTER I was done writing this.
This means that Chris considers being a part of Praetor and having kind and compassionate people there.
He is def manipulated by Flutter.
He is kinda held hostage by Flutter, making him do what she wants from him, which in turn she recieves from Caden.
