Lol, we've found the pooner equivalent of AGPs carrying around tampons in case someone asks if they have a spare -- add another entry to the Encyclopedia of Actual Things that Normal People Totally Do and Say in Real Life.
Depending on how much her build gives her away, she's more likely to get some random well-meaning fellow telling her "Miss, this is the men's room!", followed by her turning red, running into the women's room, and spending the next 20 minutes having a panic attack and/or crying manly tears of bitterness and shame.
I know in Iran, at least, gay men are given the choice of transitioning as an alternative to the death penalty -- it's apparently so common that the country is a hub for SRS procedures (but don't forget, trannies are still the most oppressed member of the LGBT community!). A cursory Google search suggests that Muslims generally consider it defacement of Allah's creation, though.
As is common in a lot of places with strictly defined gender roles, my impression is that Muslims largely disapprove of transgenderism, but still think it's better than homosexuality, which of course is punishable by death in Islam, at least in theory.

Iran was for a long time the runner up to Thailand for Troon surgeries, the rationale being that if twinks wanted to be women, turn them into women and their faggotry is no longer an affront to Allah.

People will always pick and choose the principles of a religion or holy book that personally appeal to them, and reject the ones that don't no matter the religion...and people will always interpret religious teachings or their "deity's will" to suit whatever their biases are at the time, be it Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Buddhism, etc....
