By the way, I found another Tumblr goldmine of pooner art...does anybody know how to get past the "login" pop-up that appears on Tumblr blogs to stop you from reading them without an account? There is a whole world of pooners waiting to be discovered there if you can stand the smell.

iirc, if you have a tumblr you choose whether or not people can see your content without an account. Sounds like you need to make a throwaway

It makes sense when you think about it. Islam is:
  • Almost as misogynistic as Pooners are
  • Koran is mysterious so it attracts the pooners "astrology, tarot and gemstones" side. Like every other holy book it is easy to reinterpret it how you like.
  • Edgy so it's rebellious just like protesting and activism. Sticks it to the man and their parents.
  • Gives them special minority points if they're white so they can cry victim more. All youth have spent their entire lives post-911 and hear about the Islamophobia as a consequence of the attacks.
Basically it's the religion equivalent of a bad boy. He's trouble but they're dumb girls who know he'll piss off her "lame" parents and bring some excitement to her life.

To be fair, Cat Stevens converted to Islam and it worked for him but he kind of retreated from the public eye after that.

Anyway, pooners wanting to become Muslims would be like a flamboyantly gay guy (No offense, gay people) trying to convert to Mormonism.
