So, more insider knowledge since we now know it's an employee.
-The stuff that's being done is stuff any level 1 over the phone tech can do. Reset a modem, go into settings of customer equipment and change stuff, or make a payment. This isn't some 1337 hack shit. Security is nuts with telecomm companies. The second you quit/leave, your access is revoked across the board.
-Everything is logged in all systems. This is due to legal liability. They can see in these tools who's sending what. Even with a shared login, there's still an ip address.
-Good luck to the employee finding a job after all this. Security abuse like this leaves a mark on your background check. Any company to holds person info or confidential info (READ: EVERY company) won't want to hire you.
-This will most likely lead to legal issues. Not from Phil, but Comcast will likely refer this employee to the local police for charges. HR and Legal will both push for this since the FCC can go after Comcast for this and they always want to make sure the FCC knows that Comcast takes their security very serious.
-In the end, this is a W for Phil cause he got proven right and gets to grift majorly off it. The paypigs will further entrench themselves that Phil is a victim and they need to give this poor swine more money. He's going to be pulling quite the Hogans from this grift.
