Most call centers will take anyone without violent or fraud charges. They need asses in seats most times. Probably not a high bar to get above, like all you need is a high school diploma or GED.

I'm not sure how much he'd be able to charge. Most places keep their departments pretty compartmentalized. Someone in sales wouldn't have access to tech support docs, and someone in tech wouldn't have access to the billing side of stuff. Or at least that's how it SHOULD be set up. Comcast might be different though.
