He's been fully jaded on vidya for the last 6 or 7 years at this point. He hates it and feels miserable every single minute he spends playing a game on stream, and he dreads the next gaming session every single minute in between.

Unless he lives in America, nothing is going to happen to him, Comcast has tech support centers all around the world.

Comcast's policy for a disgruntled tech rep is not going to be more than just firing the employee, and Phil is not going to press any sort of legal action cause it would eat at his beg time and Hogan pulls.
