IIRC Ape was one of the TG chat mods with whom he had a beef, which checks.

However, the supervillain-ish manner of speech is rather aggressive, which I'd say is uncharacteristic. Also, the accusations depart slightly from the sort of accusations Vingie would make, and his usual obsessions are noticeably absent.

While it is likely it is him, ultimately I think there are reasons to think it is not. Just another ESL sperg from the TG sideshow.

For all his faults, Vingle never reached such skitzo depths.

Why would anybody bother reading up on where McDonald's toys come from?
For such a "rich" history and "culture", the chinese have very little cultural influence past being America's cheap whore for consumer goods. Nobody even eats your food, everybody that imports your cuisine has to modify it to make it palatable. You're not even good manufacturers since western companies have to set up the factories and manage them for you or else you chinksects start to peel the copper out of the walls.
