here is someone with same username spazzing on reddit, probably same person https://archive.is/https://www.reddit.com/user/peterthefourth/?coun*
both accounts on wiki and reddit aren't more then 2 years old
That is him. He started up his Wikipedia account (or at least that account) in December 2014 and almost immediately involved himself in the Gamergate arbitration case. This should have sent up huge red flags (and even Ryulong had marked him as an SPA), but because he was an anti-Gamergater they looked the other way. He's spent close to two years of his life sperging out against Gamergate on Wikipedia and has repeatedly tried and failed to get an editor called DHeyward banned. Since he is a plebbit fag, he will often canvass himself to whatever topics KIA is discussing.

He was also active on an anti-Gamergate-on-Wikipeida blog made by another GamerGhazi user, which was also frequented by Dumuzid and some others that are still involved. May Tree, the one who started the blog, wasn't autistic enough to keep paying for it and it is now dead: http://archive.is/sealionsofwikipedia.com

Think there's cow potential here?

Wasn't there supposed to be a leak of their project management software's logs/info this weekend?

Yeah, they're were, apparently it isn't ready yet or they are waiting for all this other recent drama to pass before releasing it.

Edit; Disregard that, they just dropped:

Think there's cow potential here?

If he's trying to be Ryulong III, hell yes.

Think there's cow potential here?
Possibly, imagine a Ryulong type that's obviously on the spectrum but isn't a full blown Asperger's asswipe and has enough sense to not go full Doubled Dlagon. This autist has been weening Gamergaters for almost two years by mostly playing by the Wikipedia rules (and playing dumb when he gets caught).

I'm getting a Jake Alley vibe and the "PeterTheFourth" identity may have been created as a response to Gamergate.

http://counterstrike.wikia.com/wiki/Special:Contributions/PeterTheFourth

PT4 certainly feels exceptional. He's got this "say the exact same thing over and over and never address comments" thing going on. It feels very neckbeard--

Much like SSG we can glean some ideas of who this person is. They're pretty exclusively active on Gamerghazi.

Bisexual
I say this as a bisexual person- you're overreacting about this! Which is fine and doesn't mean you're a bad person, but I sincerely think it'd be a good time to step away from what's going on and do something else for a while.

Oblivious to Irony.
To have a constructive debate, both people involved must be invested in having an honest discussion. When the facts don't actually matter to one side, it's impossible.

Oh, this makes a lot more sense now. There's a thread on Gamerghazi saying they need 7 editors on wikipedia to save the gamergate page. Sees himself as a literal warrior.
really, earnestly want to be one of the seven samurai.

And one of a few salt mines he's got:
My mother died from cancer. Can you, in all your sanctimonious bullshit, understand why I might be upset about this bullshit? Can you also understand why I might be upset that the people here seemingly have less empathy for marginalised people who TB has hurt than for TB himself? That you see being mindful of how completely atrocious TB is as inhumane, because he has cancer and that somehow invalidates the hurt he's caused?

Toxic e-celebs like TB get more respect here than people like Brianna Wu, who was absolutely fucking devoured when she dared talk to somebody who was disliked here.

For being upset that people were labelled as inhumane for not being happy that TB's life was going well, I was banned from this subreddit. That is fucking bullshit. Your pretend 'better at empathy than you' bullshit is fucked up.

Anyway I'm sure there's a ton more there for people with more umph in their brain than me.

This isn't really Chelsea related but shows how her CON treated what they were doing as SRS business. In this case, tasking a gay NFL player with developing a psychological profile on Mike Cernovich by reading his blog.

It works in theory, but /pol/ has been bleeding over a lot more into /v/ since this whole spectacular began on a near daily basis; not even when GG was coming up. One hopes an actual closure to the situation gives them the message to fuck off back to their ovens so people can just talk about vidya again.

Here's the million-dollar question: do the people running Internet communities actually want the /pol/ culture to go away?

I think not.

At every turn Moot and others made the exact wrong choices, assuming they wanted to wipe out the online white nationalist movement. If they hadn't created /pol/ to replace /n/, the users would have infested the other boards, but they could have been counter-memed and their culture wouldn't have grown the way it did. By taking the censorious approach to GG, they gave /pol/ a massive recruiting boost. By the time Moot tried to flush out /pol/ with spammers, the community had grown enough that it could survive the transition to another site, and now basically owns 8chan.

This isn't in the interests of anyone sane, but it helps SocJus quite a lot. They need a dreadful archenemy to fuel their narrative. And I'm starting to see this strategy used more and more.

Consider the new Ghostbusters. The marketers tried to push everyone who criticized the movie into a pigeonhole with racists and sexists, and the mainstream media bought it, although thankfully it didn't make the movie a success. Bioware and many others have tried a similar strategy. They create a narrative that divides the market into two groups: good people who like what we're trying to sell, and evil people who don't. They think most people want to be "good" enough that they'll buy a crappy product in order to preserve their self-image.

But what this really does is erode any sense of right and wrong in popular culture. A lot of people decided that if supporting GamerGate made them bigots, they might as well be out and proud about it. I remember back in the early 2000s when you ran across white nationalist sites, you could tell their community was largely made up of ex-cons, drug addicts and other born-to-lose types. They came across as bitter and joyless - hate groups, go figure, right?

But now, your average /pol/ poster may be a basement-dwelling neckbeard, but they know how to use humor and spread memes. They come off as wisecracking rebels in the face of a humorless, oppressive system, and the neo-Moral Majority is serving them new recruits on a silver platter. Imageboards have been one of the watersheds of popular culture in recent years, and now a significant part of the imageboard community is owned by literal Nazis.

This may have benefited SocJus and their media allies in the short term, but it doesn't bode well for the future.

Eh, that's really not too different from what we do here. Although the fact that Cerno really is feces in human form might be affecting my judgment...

As I understand it, another thing that set it off was Mundane Matt's video on Quinn getting DCMA'd, allegedly by Quinn herself because it had a snippet of Depression Quest in it. IIRC, Matt later reuploaded it with the DQ part edited out.

It's been theorized that the 4chan ban on Quinn was due to Moot wanting to get in good with the SJW crowd, since his previous attempts to make money/get legitimacy crashed and burned, and he wanted to get in their good graces to fix that. Plus he was also doing it to get into the pants of some chick that worked at Gawker (who ended up cheating on him. LOL)

Smaller sub-section, but the abuse angle did get a little bit of traction in SJW circles in the days following the Zoepost. There were a few popular Storify archives and mediums from people who were more pro-Social Justice that went "wow this call out blog is shitty but also some of the behavior from Zoe in those logs bugs me..." - a lot of these people would end up burying/deleting their comments and going full in to defend Quinn once they were told they were not following the hymn sheet.

The sad thing about Social Justice is it kind of calls on people who have really bad self esteem or never learned self-respect. So they are constantly looking for validation or to be liked. They will occasionally throw an individual thought out and wait to see if the group mass agrees and backpats, and hope to heck another "ok" person in the group doesn't go "no I don't agree". If former, all good, your ego gets stroked and everyones happy, if people are like "uhh not cool" - it's time to get on your knees and come up with an excuse for your blasphemy.

I checked the talk page for the Crash Override Network article on Wikipedia, and the desperation is quite obvious.

Wikipedia is one of the few places left where Quinn's white knight have a firm grip, and they are doing everything they can to stymie anyone from adding information against the narrative.

The difference now is that the evidence is so damning and the fact the people they don't want to source it actually have a leg to stand on is terrifying them, which is why all the obvious Quinn shills are trying to manipulate Wikipedia's bureaucracy to their advantage.

The pro-GG autists also have another thing in their favor: the very information they want to see added and stay added has been confirmed true, sourced in the Washington Examiner (which passes the reliable source test), and puts a lot of egg on Wikipedia's fact because Ryulong is clearly identified as a minion of the people wanting to censor the place to their advantage.

It's also quite telling Quinn and company have worked their ass off to keep their mouth shut for the most part, even Harper's attempts to blow this off were surprisingly half hearted (though a recent check of her twitter shows she certainly trying to pretend this is no big deal)

Quinn's public account is betraying not a hint of anguish over this, but the private account is filled with bitter, salty tears, according to the responses:

The whole thing about GG is that it proves the Streisand Effect is real. The Rat King and their cronies did everything Streisand tried to do to not have her house shown, just in a way to try and bury the then emerging crap with Quinn. Every "progressive" gaming site clamped down, Reddit deleted tens of thousands of comments, the whole DMCA thing on Matt's video... all of it was an attempt to bury things before they got started; but all it did was draw even more attention to it.

If they had just shut up, let those few, at the time, who wanted to sperg about it sperg about it, it would have been over in a few weeks, tops. With most of the rest of the gaming population blissfully unaware of what happened. Instead, they circled the wagons, chose their hill to die on, and doubled down like the morons they are. Chelsea even tried her lawsuit against Eron. None of it worked. All of it drew even more attention to Chelsea, her scam of a game jam, just how many friends she had at gaming outlets, and how much of a spousal (for lack of a better term) abuser she is. Hell, the whole "I killed a man in self defence while he was raping me by stabbing him in the eye and then got rid of all the evidence" never would have come to light if people hadn't made enough noise for the photographer to bring out details of her time as Locke Valentine to light. Most people had forgotten about the whole Wizardchan thing (well, most people who heard of it, which was very few, overall), because the games press didn't make it out to be bigger than it was (by writing only a few articles on it)-- unlike what they did with GG.

Hillary's campaign is doing things like that, now, after her collapse this morning. First they claimed she was overheated, when it wasn't even 80F. Now they're saying she was diagnosed with pneumonia on Friday and went against Dr recomendations that she take it easy. Supposedly the campaign told NBC to stop filming anything near her earlier too. This sort of retelling the story in different ways, and actively trying to keep the press away is the exact sort of thing that is going to bring even more attention to her possible health problems.

But, didn't you read what Peter said on there? The Washington Examiner isn't a reliable source.... because he said so.

He also said if it was newsworthy, 'reliable sources' (like Gawker-owned sites and the Mary Sue AMIRITE?) would report on it. Of course, all the "reliable sources" Wikipedia is using for their GG related articles have all come down firmly on one side, and in some cases, have proven conflicts of interest (Kotaku with Grayson, Polygon with Kuchera, etc.)-- and any sources that don't fit the narrative are deemed unreliable. Of course, the fact that some of the logs show people mentioning getting Ryulong to edit the GG article, then saying it was done, doesn't help Wikipedia in the least.

Wow. That is a whole lot of tear licking. Todd in the Shadows being the ultimate thirstcuck was lovely.

In the middle of all that, Jimmy/RamonaSewage from the RatKingKlan wants to talk vidya, which I found hysterical.

It fills a hole in the soul.

I just learned that bogleech, the writer and cartoonist, went hardcore SJW. A few years back he did this:

kWlv7JY.png

A cry for help if there ever was one. But instead of walking the difficult path to find his own reasons for happiness and self-worth, he took the shortcut of joining a crusading religious movement.

The leaders of SocJus are spiritual pushers. Submit to them and they'll give you a synthetic, prepackaged substitute for love and acceptance. Piss them off and they'll leave you strung out and desperate for a fix. And as the chatlogs reveal, Chelsea and her clique are careful to heed the rule "don't get high on your own supply." A rule that proved too hard for John Flynt to follow.
