I know a friend who went to a cheap local uni (2-year? It was strange...) in the States as an excuse to live abroad and visit. It was dirt cheap, not ranked at all, and the coursework was reportedly very remdial. It did not even have dormitories. I assume SMSU may be similar.

They had a class for students to basically make CV's and setup LinkedIn as the major course assignments.

Sounds like one of hundreds of community colleges and the like, where you can get associates degrees and it’s pretty much a cakewalk depending on your major. There are also lots of “business colleges” and “vocational colleges” where people just keep doing every course for the Pell grants and student loans (the latter of which they have no intention of repaying). It’s a lifelong occupation for some — at least until they run out of diplomas to pursue.

I am between these two opinions. I am not a comics fan, so I am not in the target audience, and the CG fiasco has soured me on 'muh parallel economy' people. I like Eric for rolling Nick, EVS, Dick, Pedo, and Riley, but I am not going to let another 'Nick' gain any undeserved praise. There's some things to like about July: His work ethic is lightyears better than EVS, for example. He built a better CG than CG. Which is why EVS is so fucking salty.

There's also some things not so much to like: He's a bit rough around the edges, overly sensitive, and is hardly the most eloquent speaker. He's also flagged people. I can't give people like Coomalot, Dick, and Vito shit for that, and then give July a pass.

In the end, Rekieta has turned me off to putting just about any sort of faith or trust in online personalities anymore. That was a very important lesson to learn. July could very well come completely off the rails next month.

That said, all July really needs to do is keep putting out books, with minimal delays, and while making money. That seems to engage all the right people. I tip my hat to him for that. The favorable lawsuit settlement was a wonderful Christmas present. Nick, Dick, and Vito are seething.

Can either Rekieta or MANdy explain why someone who has shown "their" face (granted two completely different faces) online already would hide their face when attempting to provide evidence that they are that person?

There's a bit of difference between flagging something because someone quoted you being a retard and deliberately just copying your entire thing with the stated intention of destroying you and rendering you destitute. I don't think the flaggotry was terribly productive but I get it and it's not like he's made a brand of criticizing other people for doing it then doing it himself.

He also more or less pulled up. At the beginning it looked like he might thoroughly cow out but he realized before it was too late that he was getting played and decided not to play into it.
