I don't even understand Nick's legal criticism of Eric July. He clearly does not know what he's talking about with trademarks. When you register a trademark, there are tons of different categories in which you can seek registration, so a vegetable business in a small city in Florida can use the same name as a space station manufacturer in Nebraska without being trademarked in the same category or liable to each other.

There was a time Nick would do minuscule research before talking about a subject. He could open up a primer on trademark at any time and use his trust fund-paid legal degree to understand the basic concepts and processes of trademark law. He could seek out an IP lawyer on Youtube to discuss this, since such a channel must exist somewhere. He could look up some cases and see how some courts have addressed these issues. His confidence in speaking about something he has not the faintest idea is absurd.

That’s what they are omitting. Riley was indeed reported for trespassing and stalking. His only business there was stalking July and his employees. July would be well within his rights to blast Riley if Riley was skulking around after two days of that bulls hit.

He tried to feed null an entirely false narrative about Drexel and kept walking it back when null turned out to know more accurate details about Drexel than Nick did. Around that time, Nick's narrative was that Drexel was a good guy and a reformed man. That his degeneracy stories were things out Drexel's past and that Drexel talked about such things to help young men avoid degeneracy. None of that was remotely true.

Nick's problem with correcting the farms with null is that he really never was specific about what (or who) on the farms was inaccurate information.
