Yeah, hence the "most often", as I said. I looked at the statistics, and while FG is fortunately rather rare, males get it in much higher numbers. Approx. 1 in 4,500 males vs 1 in 300,000 women. The anatomy of the male pelvis and perineum plays a part in how quickly and easily it spreads.
