You can be strong, you can be a warrior, but having the shit beaten out of you by males howling that they are going to rape you to death, while cops in uniforms stand by and watch gets to you after a while. And the sad fact of the matter is that if your workplace management and hr is infested with sjws, you are fucked. Flat out fucked. Your career is dead in the water and the second you put your pinky toe out of line, they'll chop off your entire fucking foot.
Fair points all around, but I do want to give you a white pill on SJW's in HR.
There is a guy on one of our crews who is a solid worker. Been with us for 15 years, never so much as a single tardy. Does physically demanding stuff without complaint. Older guy, max of 90 IQ, but is exactly the kind of dude you want.
One time he got rear ended in a work vehicle, and policy is he has to take a DT. He complies, and at the test they tell him he has to disrobe in front of the nurse to prove he isn't trying to fake the test . The nurse he is told to do this in front of is a man. He says exactly what you would expect someone in his demographic to say - 'no I ain't doing that faggot shit' - and got the fuck out of there. This means he has both used a Forbidden Gamer Word AND refused a drug test. While refusing the test is the same as failing it and has a set penalty (that is pretty lenient IMO), the SJWs in HR had made Gamer Word Usage grounds for immediate termination and moved on him immediately.
I absolutely refuse to go along with this, call the senior management in, and we have it out at max professional volume. They base their entire argument on the 'official policies' that were in place, and the 'harm to the workplace' from 'bigoted language'. I don't dispute any of that and state the obvious - he's a 50+ man who didn't finish high school and you want to fire him over breaking a social taboo that only over-educated, white collar professionals born after 1980 would have any hope of understanding. We needed men like him to do the job he was doing because, frankly, no one else wants to. I also mentioned these men on our crews used language 10x worse then they knew, but they would never know that since they had not been in the field once in their lives. I asked them if they wanted to go out there and do backbreaking physical labor for 8 hours a day in his place. They said no, they didn't. By then both they and I knew I had won the room.
The end result was the guy got a minor punishment for the test refusal, and the Gamer Word Policy was revoked. These people can be defeated.
