iirc, mignoga ask rekieta if he can recommend lawyers in tx. rekieta referred mignoga to ty beard. those are the "facts" per rekieta. because this is rekieta's story, these events should be reexamined for truthful accuracy.

i don't blame mignoga for asking rekieta for help to find a lawyer, but i do blame rekieta for not doing the due diligence in helping mignoga find a lawyer with expertise in the case that mignoga was filing, instead of doing the lazy thing and recommending his trust fund lawyer. idk if ty beard's firm has any deformation lawyers.

- He was asked if sober January was 'show-only' or total, and he said it was 'show-only' becuase he didn't like how it was affecting the show--like his crazy Friday shows. He followed up by saying that he doesn't drink a lot outside the show.

- He said he wanted to talk to Rumble to try to figure out his contract, but he is not sure if it going to be in-person or remote. They have reached out and said they want to talk to him and work with him. He still wants to eliminate the Rumble switch from YT.

- He is changing his plan for LOCALS beciase his original plan for the LOCALS was 'shot down'.

- Someone brought up July. Nick said he didn't want drama. 2-3 people asked about Riley and putting money on Nick's house and being there for 8 hours as if they just learned more details. Nick coped 'it is not illegal' for Riley.

- He is confused why there was July drama, he only ever talked positively about the ISOM book.

- He is wondering what thr normalisation of OF and other sex workers in society will look like with people from that life trying to run for political office and the media push being supportive. It is just interesting and he doesn't know if it is good or bad.

That is very rare for him to wipe the chat history like that, correct? I don't recall reading about him doing that very often on the thread.

He likes to pretend it is. Back during the degenracy heyday of later 2022 - early 2023, there were a dozen or so chat histories wiped out. I posted about it way back closer to page 1000 and called him out on it.

I found them first when I started the logger and was having issues with reliability and missed portions of chat. Nick even addressed it on stream that he 'does not delete chats' and why would people accuse him of it? I found even more when I went back to grab mid to late 2022 archives and they were gone.

Work In Progress​

So, faffing around with some JoshCore [1] brought up an old memory that "Drive" by "The Cars" was used relentlessly in some charity video. It turns out it was Live Aid[2], though I seem to recall it being used much later. It has inspired me to try to do a video to "celebrate" Balldo's presumed victory as 2023 Lolcow of the year.

My initial thought was to try to have some document of his fall in chronological order - earlier, happier streams, perhaps with some fore-shadowing, then some of the major events in the great tumble. But there's way too much kahntent for this, so I instead decided to just grab some recent happenings.

I have no experience of video editing, but would like to add some Ken Burns style effects for the static images, zoom in on Sean and other guests faces at certain points as well as Andy/PPP's reactions on the various Kino Casion clips. I also want to tie in some of the reactions/context to the lyrics where possible - something even more difficult if I were to attempt the document falling down.

Here's what I have so far, which is just a rough sketch of the idea. Not sure how much time I'll have to spend on this. In theory I have the next couple of days at least.
