I want to be clear, I think maybe one guy (Brian) is an actor, i don't think any of the others are. But, it's pretty easy for a funny guy to be unfunny. Shinji was/is an actor of sorts if he was in porn, but he did well in the standup bit, so i'm not really talking about him.

Tbh I doubt any freeloaders are paid hourly or even daily. I'd venture it's more like: you do 2 weeks, we pay you x. If you quit beforehand we take back the money in proportion to the length of the contract.
I'd still think it would make sense to kick her out now and find someone else that might actually earn them money or make the show more interesting. But who knows, maybe they're keeping her as a buffer to kick during an elimination challenge so they don't have to get rid of one of the fish.
Brian is a last minute actor, replacing Frank, I think Trish was a planned from the start actor, and Trish and Brian's faux sexcapades have been a bit from the start to fuel engagement. I think Shinji is potentially an actor from the start that the were planning on exploiting his porn work for bits but he got identified immediately. I think that because their leaning on TJ instead of Shinji after Cole left doesn't make sense when the most popular fish left is Shinji. Jimmy obviously is too much of a liability for the Main Focus of Production, but TJ is such a weak pick if Shinji is legit.
