he's like those boomers who play slots at vegas casinos, mindlessly throwing cash at the machine and pulling the lever. a sad addict ruining his life, but there's nothing funny or entertaining about it imo

You clearly never looked at this thread before, just go through highlights and tell me you don't find his schizo outbursts and destroying shit entertaining.
I'm not sure why this particular clip got featured, it only shows his gambling degeneracy which is only a part of what makes him entertaining to watch.

When a gambling addict gets on a good roll, he gets an insatiable dopamine rush, that will make him keep playing until the odds turn against him and lose everything.
A normal person will often stop at a big win and have a night on the town or enjoy the actual money. Maybe they go to Vegas a couple times a year and usually lose a small amount, but when they win they'll bank it. They'll still lose on average but it won't be these deranged streaks because they're usually betting so their budgeted money lasts the weekend.

It's the difference between the guy who has a couple beers on a Friday to unwind from the week and the guy who slugs half a pint of vodka just to get out of bed on Monday.

Having an addiction to gambling has to be the dumbest thing ever. Are you really so weak willed you can’t stop throwing your money down the drain? “One more turn” says the retard as he takes ten more turns losing everything he just won. And isn’t it like gambling 101 once you hit big on a machine you move on from it and start playing another. This dumbass always plays the same stupid game on the same website. Go kick another hole in your parents house dude.

This dude multiplies his money a lot, is it that common in gambling to end up with more money than you started with just to gamble it all away?
BMJ's gambling pattern will typically involve starting with $100 and betting $5, then doubling his bet when he feels like the table is hot. This eventually results in him losing, and he will "chase his losses", losing more. However, because his betting strategy is "full retard, all the time", sometimes he goes off on crazy streaks - like hitting 63x on a $500 bet on Keno. This is probably why Stake even sponsors him. They can and will clip his huge wins where he gets $9000 off a single bet and starts dancing. It's good advertising.

To a casual viewer, he won $6000 and could have walked - what a dummy! It's deeper than that, because you know he's gambled way more than $6000 in total probably in the last week alone. His income is actually insane. $1800 a week from Stake, $5000 a month from Kick subs, thousands more variably from juicers giving him straight cash donations to gamble with. All of that goes into Stake.

He routinely doesn't have money for weed, a cheap new keyboard or headset after breaking his old ones, or a glass bong to smoke out of (he uses an apple and butane torch). His room is at his parent's house. His mom gives him supper on a plate each night. His dad buys him replacement peripherals and chairs. 0% of this money ever makes it back to his life in a meaningful way.

The real tragedy is only clear if you really zoom out on the situation. He could climb to $100k and walk way with 6 figures, but that's not really "make it" money. Through the years he's spent gambling, and the sheer amount of money he's panhandled, he will still be down from where he started even with $100k in pocket. He hits the slots waiting for easy money to come, but he's spent so much time and effort and emotional bandwidth trying to beat the game that he's worse off in every way than if he had just gotten any job.

For the reasons I mentioned, I think the main hook of gambling is the sunk cost fallacy. Even when you're down a hundred thousand dollars, there's probably an unreal dread associated with walking away. Once you give it up, you actualize your losses. If you're down 100k but at the table, you can still win it all back. If you give up, you're just that idiot that spent a year losing everything he had.

Because when the degenerate cattle blow their kids tuition money or their mortgage payments on slot machines in Vegas and throw a shit-fit the bouncers turf them out onto the street and no-one gets to enjoy their folly.

This nigga burns through the same amount day after day and when he throws a spergout punch into the wall/destroys headphones it's available online forever. No-one in the Bossman audience gets entertained watching him hoping he wins big. It's waiting for him to have moderate success against the house, his ego taking over, him talking like a wigger gangsta, then watching the house ruthlessly fuck him into the dirt because he's a hopeless dopamine deprived chimp pressing a button to bring about his own ruin.

As for "Ruining his life" his life was well on the way into the trashbin LONG before he was a gambler.

Yes. The algos probably know that he’ll gamble away everything if they give him some juice. It’s also I think why stake still sponsors him. Just look at it: this retard gets thousands of dollars yet still loses it all rather than taking out like half and degenerate gambling the rest. Or even just taking out his initial money.

It’s such a crazy addiction it doesn’t even make sense, like even hardcore drug addicts will ration their shit out to last them however long they need it for. This guy is so deep in he chooses to spend all of his money in hopes of what hitting some million dollar jackpot that will absolutely never come. Online gambling is an even bigger scam than the real casino he can’t actually believe stake would give him a chance to win a million dollars from them does he? Dude is absolutely autistic though I wonder if that plays a role. I feel so bad for his parents. Imagine if you gave birth to this thing and this is what he turned into. *shudders*

I think even if he won a multimillion dollar jackpot he would lose it all. He has no actual “hard stop” point where he cashes out. He’s addicted to winning, and the money part isn’t relevant to him.

I have said this a million times in this thread and keep having to repeat it for new users
A lot of BMJs behavior makes a lot more sense when you consider these 2 facts

1) He is a literal, unironic, retarded crackhead (I am not saying this to be mean, he's proven incapable of learning or understanding and is addicted to crack)
2) Money has no value to him and he's never had to suffer the consequences of his actions in any meaningful way. His parents buy/replace anything he breaks for him and ensure he always has food to eat, a place to stay, and a setup to gamble on. He has never had to learn or understand what anything costs or how to buy/pay for anything significant, and he often has other people do transactions for him because he is technologically illiterate. Almost all of his money just magically appears in his account after he screams and tantrums enough.
Tl;Dr his relationship with money is absolutely corrupted as fuck since his parents make it so he never has to buy anything except drugs and he's constantly given thousands of dollars a day

some, maybe
but others will acquire a stash that is supposed to last for weeks, burn through it all in just a few days, then go right back to pawning off their belongings or turning tricks to afford the next hit

There's just no way these win streaks aren't pre programmed to happen every now and then before going back to the original programming. :story:
maybe but you dont really need it to at all in order to drain people like bmj. games can and are designed mathematically to ensure players have a harder time noticing consistent losses that chip away all their winnings and then their original stakes but an easier time clapping at the one time you won back a shit ton of money that doesnt even come close to recouping much less exceeding all the money theyve clawed away from you, but that looks impressive from a vacuum of ignorance of the circumstances of that win.

And why isn't this man Lolcow of the year again?
Because its the same shit every day. Get some money, gamble it all away, punch a few more holes in the wall.

Balldo got established as a lawtuber over years, made a big bag, and is now setting his life on fire in a midlife crisis. That's far more interesting imo.

Hasn't he lost a few hundred thousand dollars at this point? (Not talking about wagers, I know he's >$1 mil at that)

Other than being catfished by an obvious catfish what did he do? I'm out of the loop but it's hard to imagine it's above BMJ suplexing an expensive gamer chair and screaming bloody murder while punching holes in the wall
