Hearing in DC Circuit was well reported and predictably a show trial.
These are the same fuckheads that showed up at Chutkan's cout for Trump's arraignment "In Solidarity", demonstrating their anti-Trump animus early.
Expect absolute hyperbolic nonsense from their ruling, followed by appeal to SCOTUS.

This is very true. People from rich northern blue states HATE American Southerners so much it's unreal because of their idea of "muh inbred racist hicks".
New Englanders are mad that the South produces actual culture and art that people actually like. From Tennessee Williams to Mark Twain to Jazz to the Texas Revolution (and yes, the Battle of the Alamo is as much myth as it is a historical event). What kind of art does New England make? Robert Frost and the Boston Tea Party, where White people went Red-face and acted like a bunch of niggers to tea.

Like I have said before, the only reason the USA doesn't do this already is by design of in built corruption. Both India and Brazil, both 3rd world shitholes, manage this. Up to and including having election officials literally go up river in canoes and into jungles on jeeps to have voters cast their votes in official urns without having to make expensive trips to cities.

Self-hating white people are the worst.
Self hating white people are a uniquely evil specimen. No other race has an equivalent to that outside of some far leftist in Japan and South Korea. If I had a single bullet and had to make a choice between a self hating white person or an invader. I will make the self hating white have it.

I would have swore he was some zoomer or millennial. He looks like how I imagine Ghost TCR looks like.
Catturd constantly posts about how millennials and zoomies are lazy scum and how he used to do 12 hour shifts at the steel mill in between shots of whiskey.

Dudes Twitter account absolutely reeked of eu de boomer.

Lloyd Austin was MIA for 4 days because he was in the hospital. And no one in the Biden admin bother to tell the public before hand.

wow! its like the feds protect their own. And only gave him a slap on the wrist because of public scrutiny.

I never really looked into his normal tweets. Just saw the occasional screen shot of random tweets of his.

The most bizarre part of this story for me is how I can't imagine this happening to any other administration. Even Dubya wouldn't have tolerated the idea that his Secretary of Defense had to go to the ER and he had to find out about it on the news like everyone else. Heads would've been rolling for it.

I know Biden's an empty suit who's only job is to sign whatever bullshit gets put in front of him. But this tells me he's effectively been frozen out of his own administration. It's either that or everyone around him is so stupid that nobody thought "Hey, one of the top guys in the government is in the hospital. Maybe we need to notify the president."

They probably didn't tell him because last time they told him something like this with the plans for Nordstream he went and babbled it out in a press conference.

Dementia patients are horrendous at keeping secrets. There is a reason glowies who get it are normally sent to a special care facility or otherwise die early. Can't have them talk about how they killed people who got too close to the CIA or how they helped cover up a sex pest so they would vote how they wanted.

can trump go any higher on meme route?

The fact is there is nothing that stops the president from doing so, given the lack of oversight and legal procedure. The POTUS has had a de facto execution squad which he can just order to kill any american he feels like no questions asked for decades.

Yes, he can.

President Trump also literally had an Iranian general assassinated, and no, nobody can prosecute him for it.

The New England Yankee that fought the South is long dead and gone. If anything, there exists a whole body of literature written from the 1930s to 1980s that exists as a quiet and unread elegy to the people that brought forth Frost and Lowell and were among the founding stock of the nation. All that exists now are the children of Ellis Island and beyond skinwalking in it's Puritan corpse.

There's much to criticize about its culture, but the people who made it are gone, and barbarians now wander the halls they built, smearing their feces on the walls. Sad!

the gay judge tried to do a gotcha on Trumps lawyers but it’s true, that’s what impeachment is for. If Congress won’t impeach that, he walks, which is the point of the appeal

Obama ordered a drone strike on an American teenager.
There's a reason he hasn't been prosecuted for murder to this day.

I don't know why people would even be at all surprised that the final authority over the President's
actions is Congress. Who the fuck else would it be? Congress writes the laws, and the President enforces them, so in the event that the President is breaking Congress's laws, it should be transparently obvious that the final authority there should not be the branch of government the President runs.
