I have a theory that Josh is sort of like a dog in that they can smell in layers and keep track of multiple scents at once. His autism powers allow him to track a bunch of different flavors at once. I'm neither a dentist nor a million years old so I'm not an expert, but don't you have to do quite a lot of work to maintain dentures, and to prepare for having them?
