I share the opinion of some others that Sam gathers a brand of redeemable autist here. Jimmy is an insane retard but there’s some small glimmer of self-awareness and some core of sentience there. Sadly he failed the test. He will diminish and go into the West, and remain a woman-beater.

Frank is barely above IP2, but that still puts him above the Tank contestants at this point. I don't find him that funny, but he can make shit happen, which hardly anyone else has been able to do even though that is their whole purpose of being there.
