Which is why so many of us doubt that the comcast thing is real. It's very hard to imagine DSP wouldn't milk a thing were he was an actual victim for once for all it is worth. Whatever is actually going on with this: the aftermath is highly irregular and unusual for someone like DSP.
Im still not 100% sold on the comcast thing playing out as it was presented on the farms by the comcast retard. However, radio silence from phil does make sense if a rouge comcast employee was fucking with him. It was a pretty fucking egregious breech of customer confidence and arguably a crime commited against DSP by an individual representing comcast.

I wouldnt be suprised if Comcast offered him a huge credit satement on his bill and some giftcards or a few free months of whatever services they are partnered with on the conidion he doest mention it again. Which is another reason poking cows is retarded, it barely inconvenienced him and benefitied him in the long run.

Y'know what would have been cool? If Mike Clumshot paid for Phil and Kat's honeymoon to Italy and documented it. I want to see Mr. Felipe the quarter Italian interact with real Italians.

You could turn it into a series. Phil in Italy pigsplaining Italian culture, Phil in Japan pigsplaining Japanese culture and visiting tourist attractions. Send him to South Africa *bites nails* on a safari.
Cool idea, but Mike will be blowing his budget on the dining out and Doordash orders that I'm sure he'll be footing the bill for every day that he's filming Phil.
I wonder if he's going to have the fucking audacity to put the "DSP was not compensated for his participation of this film" line at the end of the video, knowing that shit would be a brazen-faced lie.

He would not be able to stop bragging about how he got some low level customer service rep fired, being the karen that he is. So that narrows things down to 2 options, Comcast offered him a large wad of cash on the condition that he never talks about the situation again on youtube(which would explain why he went absolutely apeshit buying meaty men jpegs in December), or Comcast discovered the actual issues with his connection, and a lawyer contacted him behind the scene to tell him he was going to get his ample robust manboobs slapped off in court if he kept posting 2 hour long meandering rants about Comcast on his channel.

So how many videos has doody made so far?
Only 1 so far, probably with a 'Breaking!' in the video title. The funny thing about Doody is that he just clips and re-uploads Phil's prestream and gives them negative and catchy titles. He probably makes 10 times more in ad revenue than the pig given how good his channel analytics/CPM are compared to Dave. It's actually kind of hilarious that he's making a living being a full-time DSP clipper.

This makes intuitively the most sense to me, but I think as soon as lawyers get involved Comcast would've severed their relationship with him. I can't imagine them still doing business with him in that case.

Reactions: Big Brown Schlub
In good old DSP fashion his views die a slow and painful death after the first part of every video game. You would think he would get a hint by now

Also he just activated memberships on his Thrown back channel. DSTripleDipP strikes again. Though so far he only has the 5 $ membership over there. I think it is still scummy considering how whaled out his main channel is. And don't forget the 100 member on DSPReACKACKACK. As he said "Greed is massively strong and he has noc fucking self control"

I think Phil is able to keep the Comcast event out of his mouth for the same reason that he's all agreeable and meek or nonconfrontational when coming in contact with a real live human. The Comcast thing was literally (figuratively) someone breaching the walls of his safe space gated condo outside of one of his controlled spaces. He's genuinely afraid of the guy and the damage the guy could have done if he wasn't incompetent and that's understandable, but macho Phil isn't going to come out against a real legitimate threat. There was recently some info about the time he got SWATed, and along with that was a later email "death threats" that he felt was worth reporting to the police. Maybe I missed the email death threats saga but I'm pretty sure those never got mentioned despite the potential for pity points.

He's only able to put on the tough guy act when he knows he can get away with the last word and isn't facing a a real risk of retaliation. Letting the Comcast thing slide into the past is probably best to avoid someone else getting any bright ideas. And since I'm sure he's already been paid off to settle any possible legal claims (with an NDA naturally), there's no financial incentive at all to talk about it.

Reminder, Phil was departnered because he was rebroadcasting his stuff on YouTube, but he was never banned from Twitch, and Twitch is notoriously pretty forgiving
Twitch recently updated their ToS to say that multi-streaming to other platforms simultaneously is no longer disallowed for Affiliates and Partners. If that's what Phil got dinged for he could probably just say "I was banned for this, you guys allow it now, can I have my channel back" and get let back in.

I thought he got dropped from the partnership program (not banned, he can go back at any time) because he kept calling people mouth-drooling brain damaged retards who need psychiatric help on stream after Twitch updated their hateful slurs guidelines to include ableist language?

From what I recall he got dropped due to a rule that Twitch has exclusive rights to a broadcast for a 24 hour period before it can be uploaded to other sites. Philbert had entirely too much work on his plate (lul) to set a scheduled release on his Twitch VOD uploads to his Youtube channel and eventually Twitch got wind of that and dropped him.

The exclusivity rule has been changed and is no longer in effect from what I know. DSP is too lazy, inept, and stubborn to return to Twitch and multistream, which might actually be a decent increase in discoverability and possibly help plug a few holes in the HMS Pigglywiggly.

So then why did Twitch tell him it was due to "Hateful Slurs"? They're not even similar offences.

I think he got an indefinite suspension once for Hateful Slurs at some point and he contacted his partner manager at which point it was reduced to a 7 day ban, but for whatever reason he ended up getting it removed by the end of the day. So he spent an afternoon banned. I only vaguely remember that though.

When he was departnered he read out the email he received during a Danganranpa stream and said that the reason was pursuant to the Content License Agreement, which I'm pretty sure refers to the exclusivity rule.

This should be the video, starting at 2:24:

I love how on one hand DSP says he works his ass off and then on the other hand complains that BG3 is bad because games should be relaxing to play. That game has him so assmad he can't even keep his copes straight.
That rant was so bizarre.

“How can I miss with my sword when I’m right in front of him?!”

Gee I dunno… For the same reason they have sword FIGHTS in movies and not you know… Sword murders?

He’s really on the low end of the IQ scale, and being holed up in the snort fort for years clearly doesn’t help his grasp on reality.

“I don’t want unpredictability in my games, I have enough of that IRL”

Yes, Phil’s life is sooo chaotic and wild!
Despite being so bored every day, that he needs to spend thousands of dollars on glorified bejeweled game.

I think the reason he hates BG so much, is because it exposes how dumb he really is. Phil may not be bright enough to understand that 100%, but like all tards he has a bit of an understanding that he isn’t playing with a full deck of cards. And he hates that the game exposes that.

Oh… Wait a second…

RETARDATION CONFIRMED!
Look at that hat, lmao!

I think that was my favourite part of the kat stream was when they started talking about pizza and she said "It's not like a pizza it's like a pie" and i fell out of my chair. The idea of them going to other countries pigsplaining culture to the natives would probably kill me.

Shit okay yeah I remember it all now, cheers. Feels like it happened a lifetime ago.

Today he actually complained that he had to position his characters. In a tactical rpg.

"I don't wanna come in here with a fucking book of plans and diagrams ... 'oh so here's what I gotta do, position each person on the fuckin thing' ... it's like it's driving me NUTS. This is driving me NUTS."
For those who didn't play BG3, the area he's in is covered in lava with a few safe platforms. He's complaining that the high-level tactical gameplay requires you to be smart enough to not stand in lava.
