I've reconciled the fact that he has said both that he has seen it and hasn't seen it by understanding it as such; Shinji's friends told him to sign up for the show and showed him clips of S1 to hype Fishtank to him.

Even if he's watched it, there's a very good chance the didn't see that particular moment with the glasses. He may have seen Letty getting all her shit taken and dumped in the toilet, but no one held her down to take it from her, and she was reimbursed and the person who did it was kicked. If the same rules apply in season 2, Frank should get kicked and reimburse Shinji.

He went up to talk to Trish in the goon cave (confessional), then Shinji (who has been considering quitting) and Oliver in B1, then finally Tayleigh and TJ in Doghouse. He explains to them that all of the Airsoftfatty stuff is nonsense and they can "terrorize" Airsoftfatty. He clarified that Airsoftfatty was lying, has nothing to do with production, and is "a crazy guy."

These fish are generally apathetic but I hope this served as an eye opener and encourages some back and forth between freeloaders and fish.

The line between Fish, Freeloader, and Production can get muddy at times. Ollie is a Freeloader but he's been effectively buck broken into being a lowly fish. Nifty was a Freeloader pushed to Producer tier by being given immunity from fish harassment. Frank is floating somewhere between Freeloader and Producer; he's allowed to leave the tank at night and sleep where he wants, he's judged beefs, and overseen competitions. The only thing keeping him from being a Producer is that fish are allowed to fuck with him the hardest. The fish assumed Fatty would be the same since he immediately went to bossing people around and awarding points but the bubble has just been popped. He's a Freeloader and he's free game

Laser eye surgery does not fix all eye stuff and contacts can be more expensive.
For reference:
I have both astigmatism Which glasses and normal contacts can correct but also Kerataconus which glasses/contacts can correct to a point and once past that point glasses cannot correct them and you need special contacts which I dunno the price of off on insurance but got mine for free with healthcare and they fucking suck or a cornea graph which in Australia is about 5k on health insurance or waiting a year and get it for free with healthcare.
There is also crosslink which stops the progression of Kerataconus which I believe is about 2k per eye but you gotta get it at the right time to do that.

That all said I dunno what eye problems Shinji has but if it's just normal shit then Jet could easily just get disposable contacts for him till he can get glasses if Shinji knows his eye measurements and stuff since I dunno how they would even get new glasses fast let alone correct ones without the perscription on what type he needs.

I don't think Fatty lied necessarily, he's a nigger tier IQ (failed the breakfast question) delusional retard who probably did think he was given special privileges, because to some extent he has. He's been smoking a weed vape and he did throughout season 1 as well. Production has also been gassing him up and allowing him to do things such as the Chris Points and challenges.

Jet should've known that Fatty would take it too far, because he always does.

He's already made all of the fish give him a backrub. He's made Trish remove her shoes and show off her feet for him, he fluctuates between being overly complimentary and a complete asshole to her for no reason. The one that sticks out is Fatty, Trish and Dumbgay sitting in the lounge and Fatty out of nowhere starts talking about somebodies PH being off and it's making them smell bad. The complete lack of self awareness one needs to start talking shit about somebodies smell while being a 400lb ogre is insane. The worst part of this is Trish didn't say anything back, presumably because she thought Fatty wasn't allowed to be targeted. The second worst part is having to listen to Dumbgay talk how good his asshole smells and Fatty agreeing with it, because apparently Fatty smelled Dumbgays shorts that he was wearing all day and agrees they smell good.

His challenges are also retarded, and not in a funny way. He's like a toddler when it comes to making and changing rules. Along with the irrational amount of points he hands out, time is not a concept that he understands. 30 minutes changes into 20 minutes in less than 5 minutes. If you tell him you'll do something at 4am he'll get mad at you when you haven't done it by 3:30. He gets extremely angry when things don't go his way.

I get that it's supposed to be a hellhouse (or friendhouse depending on Jets mood), but it's supposed to be fun for the audience. Watching some 400lb retarded ogre go on a power trip gets old fast.
