I'll chip in $1k from my next paycheck.
These types need to start sweating regarding their words. Start shutting this shit down, and maybe we'll get less byuu-style situations.
Not opposing this will lead to it being repeated in the liberal press.
Practically speaking this case is more or less a slam dunk.
The US legal system has proven itself to be extremely effective and resilient to fuckery.
The biggest criticism of the US legal system is that it's expensive as fuck, not so much that it regularly makes huge errors in its conclusions.
The rest of the world could take lessons from the US system.

The undefamable plaintiff is far closer to a legal curiosity than something that someone would seriously have to worry about. My concern with defamation is that Epik will make the Rekieta argument: "Yes, we had actual malice. Yes, we knew it was false. Yes, we don't pretend to have ever thought it was true. BUT KiwiFarms is so bad, they're basically undefamable!" It didn't really work out for him, but I can easily see some mongoloid judge nodding along to it, or any other number of retarded reasons why KF is icky and therefore per se defamation isn't relevant.

Giant embarrassing failures of the US legal system happen and they're definitely worrying. That being said, they're exceptions, not the rule.I guess I just have less than no confidence in the courts. I honestly don't believe that there is any judge in the US who would resist the troon pressure and rule in favor of the Farms, regardless of the facts or law in question.

Reckless disregard for the truth can be an alternative instead of intent, I think.Wouldn't part of proving defamation be the knowledge that the statement was false? Sounds like a pretty good way to lose 75 grand if they can just drop the case by saying "my twanny frens say it aaaaaaall the twme, how cwould I know it wasn't twooo"?
They just let some troon lover with a vendetta run the account.Something about their responses to null just seem off to me. No self respecting company would outright make posts saying they lied about something so heinous like it's such a tee-hee funny gotcha moment. Either they have zero respect for themselves and others or there is some fuckery at foot here I think.
