"Mad at the Internet" - a/k/a My Psychotherapy Sessions

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
It's really bizarre seeing people who actually listen to me start taking a strong, hardline negative stance against everything I say, without any benefit of a doubt, without any respect for where my positions may come from. I can't even talk about the Texas shit without it being taking the bait or whatever the fuck even though I tried to make it funny.
I sub to a lot of smaller archive and clip channels and something I've noticed on a lot of the archive comments is that a lot of them seem to be Dick/Vito fans and have taken issue with your dislike of them. Same usernames making comments like the ones you highlighted really show their colors on the dick/vito/eric july archives and clips. Don't know if that translates to the same audience on the bigger archive channels like MATI archiver though.

There was one really funny one where they guy was claiming you're scared or malding about ralph and persip about something and then like 3 weeks later ralph and persip broke up.

It's just age old friend/enemy distinction. A friend can do no wrong, but an enemy must be persecuted to the most severe degree. Youtube comments are a low barrier to entry, without a doubt there are adherents to the various enemies that you've picked up over the years.

You can’t expect to have a Total Retard War without a few actual howling, drooling retards in your corner.
I think the YouTube comments are extra dumb lately since they are posting them under someone else’s upload, trying to be funny instead of giving feedback or discussion.

@Null

Eh, my autism alarm blares when you get a minor detail wrong, but I can mostly ignore it unless it hurts the story of a lolcow. A lot of them are obscure or produce a lot of content and I only get mad when you have a Chantal segment where you literally have everything pulled out and then go to the thread to confirm something you misstated.

Sincerely I do not give a shit that Chantal is dating another refugee and made a vlog that is nearly identical from a vlog when Peetz was in the background years ago. Her shit is boring to me, it’s typical fat girl shit. I know three fat girls from Highschool who did the same thing.
When you are hyper accurate with Chantal and then misunderstand a current lolcow happening it’s annoying.

Most of the time you are pretty good and the times you aren’t it’s usually because the site is being besieged by troons so I’ll lay off of you. It’s like how Andy and PPP got shit wrong with Rekieta, they got it mostly right and most of the shit they got wrong doesn’t ruin the basic idea.

It's really frustrating reading the comments on the YouTube archives because they're always very negative compared to anywhere else and these comments also tend to deny me any sort of agency as a real person with a complex perspective based off 30 years of being alive and visiting a lot of places and meeting a lot of people.
You will never be able to make everyone happy, particularly on the internet, particularly when you talk about sensitive subjects, particularly when you talk about women. Be confident in your opinions. Why do you think stupid people like Trisha Paytas are so happy all the time? Because they don't give a fuck about those haterz. Be happy that you have the respect of those of us that are capable of having a nuanced opinion or who are capable of disagreeing with someone on an issue but not taking it super personally.

Also, you picked the best rendition of Dixie but forgot the video accompaniment.

I thought the healthiest way to deal with people making fun of you online was to travel to portugal.

Then don't do it, it's the worst possible bad faith feedback via the most mongoloid-accessible feedback channel. At best it's underage kids who literally don't understand you having faked listening, at worst it's trannies trying to gaslight you as fake normies. Thread feedback and superchats are 1000% more useful than that shithole. The only thing the comments section is for is engagement metrics, where it's more beneficial to be hated and arguing for as long as possible than it is to be liked and sent a heart emoji. And it's not even your channel technically so don't worry about it.

Dwelling on the YT comment section is Ethan Klein behavior, don't fall down the rabbit hole.

I don't think most of your actual fans are watching the YouTube videos anymore, especially since YouTube enjoys banning the latest archive channel every 3-6 months. The alt sites are just easier to find the archives on, and they're available within an hour of the stream ending. And there's probably little growth as well, since the Google trannies don't want anything you make to have any kind of visibility. And even if they do pull up the stream on YouTube, they'll usually watch it and move on.

People who are commenting on the YouTube archives are going to mostly be people who have something to say about you specifically, which will most often be negative. If it was positive, it'd most likely be posted here where you could see it and they can get updoots. If it was topic-related, they'd post it on the related thread here, or on 4chan or something where it could be discussed. If you look at the clip channels, they tend to be more positive.
