You're absoulety correct. Payment arrears are a shitty reason to withhold visitation. But, these are the Vickers, which means every interaction between them and Ralph must be stripped of all decorum and dignity. In other words, they deserve each other. The Vickers' pet beaner probably turned himself in to ICE as soon as Ralph unveiled Pantsuela on Twitter. Can you imagine the conversation in that house? On the other hand, Ralph's behavior over the last week can be cited as a reason to delay visitation. Expect that to be the next genius move by clan Vickers.

Visitation is his rights as a father, or really the sperm donor. Vicky wants him to give up on all parental rights and part of his dumb tactic is to drain Ethan financially. It's not really working.

@Balldo's Gate touched on here a little, but he's fucked. He cannot afford to live in the US, he will be served as soon as he steps on American soil, and be fucked by Pantsu for child support. Vickers are retards and let him get away with basically nothing, Pantsu has the records (taxes and income) for his most profitable time period. She can absolutely rinse him with child support. Does he even have a driver's license? I'm 99% sure he only has a passport still. He has no bank account, he's in insane debt, and he has terrible no credit. He can't make it in the US unless he lives on a paypig's couch or finds another retarded Pantsu who will co-sign for him and has a daddy to pay for it.

And as of 15 Oct Ronnies house is going to be auctioned off as he's past two years delinquent on the property tax.

The courts will do their level best to give Ralph every chance to play dad unless there was literal brutal violence on his record. Not dumb revenge porn shit.

He can likely get away with dodging payments by making a token effort payment as Pantsu and Faith will eventually realize trying to drag his ass to court isn't worth the effort. It's like getting blood from a stone.

We have family with some experience with Deadbeats and honestly the only to ensure your child doesn't have to deal with their shitty dad is to;

a) Hope you get a deadbeat who doesn't want to be a dad ever (and hope to God he doesn't change his mind in the next 18 years)

b) Have the foresight to not breed with a deadbeat to begin with

Otherwise if they care enough somehow they'll prob end up getting custody in some form. At least Ralph is lousy enough at keeping his addiction/attitude under wraps that the courts are unlikely to let him take Rosy or Xander out of their mom's sights.

Yeah and didn’t Harry do his taxes for a couple of years while they were together? The Morrises have all the goods, they know where the money is and where the ralphapig lives. They’re absolutely gonna sic the IRS on his ass for unpaid back taxes and nail him for child support while they’re at it. That’s why the hog is spiraling so hard.

IIRC deciphering what Harry has said, he only did them for 2021(the only year he paid taxes), which was Ralph's big year. However, he used Pantsu's Paypal and Debit account for all of his income, so she has a complete and accurate record of every penny he was making.

I need to put something into perspective.

The monthly loan repayment for his subprime Nissan shitbox was $790 or so, on a 77 months lease.

He pays around $450 a month in rent for his Mexican hovel.
