Yeah as someone who has been following Chris off and on for so long that at first my friends and I thought he was a character being played by an actor I have to say I agree, Chris never learns anything.

Honestly based on what I see online I think she is just one of the Praetor's who is telling Chris she is his girlfriend to control him so they can make money off of him and she told him she is Finish and has to leave the country so Chris will leave her alone when she is at work or just sick of being around him.
I don't think Chris would do anything a group of people told him for long if they were not using the promise of China at some point in the future to keep him inline.
It's clear they are making thousands of dollars off of Chris and I don't think they are above lying to him to keep the cash flowing and we all know how easy Chris is to fool.
I know we would all like the mystery to be more complex than this but I really think it is that simple. Chris is being manipulated to work for these guys and every once in a while they give him some lego or a video game and when that isn't enough they call in this girl to keep him inline.

This is my best guess too, she is pretending to be a true and honest girlfriend to control the information and attempt to make money. I assume she's not the final boss of NPCs and I wonder if entering the konami code would allow someone to one hit her and advance to the next boss?

Hard to tell since there's always something with Chris for the past decade and change. My guess would be a year or two of good sales' numbers before declining though it could be longer than that.

My theory is that she's working with Praetor to keep grabbing info and keeping him on a leash with the promise of being his girlfriend or whatever it is. Then she can go back to "Finland" for most of the time while continuing to keep him on a leash since she met him in person a few times.

I’m of the opinion Flutter is at least associated with Praetor, she never flew anywhere and was just picked up/dropped off at the airport to fool Chris, and the anonymous redditor who posted about the airport sighting and hasnt posted anything before or since is also associated and made the post as disinfo regarding Flutter.
