I don't think anyone was seriously expect some massive turn out for Biden. I mean the vote is a pure formality as the DNC is not allowing any other candidates so it's not surprising only the die hards showed up. I'd guess that the two token "opponents" are no bodies guaranteed to not draw any attention away from good ole Joe.
