My favorite example is in his book, where after pestering Taylor Swift's agents for months and spamming their inboxes with his songs and letters, he got a message back. He dashed to the bathroom with excitement because he knew he'd just won the lottery. He fully expected to find a plane ticket waiting for him and an all-expense-paid trip to Hollywood to be Taylor's official songwriter and boyfriend.

Instead he got a form letter reiterating that she has a no unsolicited material policy and wishing him luck with his songwriting. His mind completely shattered.

That's the kind of thing we're seeing in real time right now. This entire lawsuit was predetermined, but everyone's going off-script and he's losing it. None of this was supposed to happen. None at all.

This "Nightmare" apparently isn't bad enough to stop him from spending money on his brothel business ventures to fund his own case.

Hardin should point out Russ claimed he was in negotiations to buy a building for his brothel, which was ultimately sold to someone else for 35k, so hypothetically that's how much money he has to pay for his lolyers.

Then again, Russ could just claim that's not his personal funds, they belong to Intimatedealings LLC so it would inappropriate to spend them on personal litigation.

He's claiming that Kiwi Farms users found out about his fundraiser complaints because Hardin leaked his emails. What the fuck? We know about it because you FILED THE COMPLAINT OF PUBLIC RECORD! Does he not think we have access to the filings in this case? Does he not know that Kiwi Farms is still online?

He seems to be claiming HARDIN HIMSELF made the anonymous email just to harass him!

And no, Russ doesn't know we have access to the filings in the case because he doesn't have access to the filings! He says he has to wait for the clerk to personally send him documents, hence why all his service is a day late, so Russ doesn't have a subscription to PACER and if he'd just read this thread and followed @Useful_Mistake's posts he could reply faster!

I'm sure it was bandied around in his thread a lot as well but it seems to be a direct result in him having no theory of mind. The world and all other people operate entirely around his understanding of it and them, or not at all. The lolcow defense fund seems to be driving him round the bend because he can't conceive of being in that position himself, so it must be impossible. It has to fit into, as you say, the script. Maybe I missed it, but I didn't see in his little Dear Aunt Agony filings the expected line about the fund's legitimacy or which foreign government the money came from - the very idea it exists is making him come unstuck. He can't even back down from his own suit, because it would mean conceding that other people haven't acted like he thinks they should've, which is also impossible.

Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande wanting nothing to do with him is baffling, if only because (aside from not having a team of professionals screening his calls) they don't see, or refuse to see, what he sees in himself. It's a script that's written entirely by his own sense of twisted internal logic where he's the tragic but also all-powerful hero of the story, and aggressively vindicated whenever he's had a stroke of luck or found his way into someone's charity.

Also, because I'd forgotten how thoroughly hateable this man is, a reminder that he once floated the idea of extorting the Feds for information on a man wanted for kidnapping a teenager, which should be remembered the next time he explains about "his nightmare".
