I think the company and others are being heavily criticized in this case because she tried to take her own life. Anycolor is a stock company, so I don't think it's wrong to apologize to its shareholders. As outfielders, all we can do is watch. If there is a discrepancy between the opinions of both parties, I would like the truth to be thoroughly clarified through a trial or other means. If there was something wrong with each other, I hope they both come to terms with it, apologize, and move on to a new path. If things continue as they are now, each other's fans will hurt each other, and no one will be happy, not her girlfriend, other livers, fans, or company employees. I hope that even just one day, there will be an outcome that both parties are satisfied with.

Well, to be honest, I feel like the people who want to burn it are doing their best to burn it, but they're selling it using Nijisanji's name, and they should have known about the system and compensation before signing the contract, right? I don't understand why they don't know that such a big company would never lie, and I really don't understand the point of slandering the remaining livers.
I really liked EN and watched it, but a community with so many stupid and impulsive people was scary.
If you are not treated well and want to graduate, they will let you, and they actually do. It's a Japanese company and the culture originates from Japan, so don't adapt to Japan.

I agree with this, but its also part of why I'm cautious about siding with Selen as blindly as everyone else here is. I suspect that it might be another Zaion situation, where an incompetent manager is put in charge of an unruly employee and they cause a massive shitshow due to their mutual fuckery. In the case of Zaion, she was mistreated and fired in a really horrible way, but likely would've still been fired even if the management had been good.

I think they actually did Zaion dirtier than they did Selen, in terms of firing anyways. From what I remember of Zaion's list of crimes she:

- Played another talent's music
- Used a prior to Niji account for Genshin (which she at least claims was approved and then retroactively denied)
- Claimed to be sponsored by a company she wasn't (Dee's Nuts or Raid Shadow Legends depending on who you ask)
- Made a "rape" joke

The only one of those that isn't a management didn't explain things properly / overreacted is the last one and it was so tame as to not be worth mentioning if you weren't looking for a list of reasons to fire her. Comparatively Selen told people to re-upload Niji's property. There's pretty much no where that won't get you fired, or at least no where adults work. That's not to say they're not a disaster behind the scenes and drove her to that point of course, but you don't just get to decide to do whatever you want because management is incompetent.

When Selen kept getting shafted, either legitimately or because she didn't mesh with JP corptism, she should've just rode out her contract with minimal effort content. That timeline would've been far less funny however.

Some of its apples and oranges. Zaion's "sins" were comparatively minor, but she also only worked there for a month. Although, the Dee's Nuts joke was retarded. She should've known that it wouldn't mesh with JP corporate autism. From what I remember the Genshin Impact thing was a real sore spot for Zaion that she kept pressing with management. She probably could've been saved and reigned in by a competent manager, but her manager was a noobie. By comparison, the Selen thing is dramatic but I don't see any alternative timeline where she isn't terminated after telling her fans to reupload her song. Secretly recording Vox and keeping that recording for months is also really weird and raises questions about what her conduct was like in general.

Selen turning into a Rushia situation would be funny, but sad. I've been following Pomu's alt as my moral arbiter. The way I see it, if Pomu reaches out to Selen then that means Selen is in the right. If Pomu ignores Selen, that means Selen is in the wrong and is destined for lolcowdom. Doki and Niji definitely just kept clashing over semantic bullshit. She probably played fast and loose with a lot of the finer details of setting up her activities, thereby going against the way of grorious nippon. This is probably what led to souring the relationship between her and management (and probably some of the other talents.) over the course of months. The problem went completely unattended to as everyone involved was too retarded to steer away from the cliff we're currently in the middle of plumetting off of.

At worst, Doki is guilty of having a blase attitude towards the nitty gritty and being obstinate when confronted about it - probably out of a belief that it really didn't matter. Niji's response is to fuck it up in literally every single way imaginable, even engaging in the same sort of petty conduct they claim Doki engaged in by waiting to publish their statements for when Doki was livestreaming.

My nagging suspicion is that these slapstick antics - namely the termination notice and video on Elira's channel - are completely fumbled attempts at "getting ahead" of any accusations. But the end result of their bad execution is far worse than if Doki had just laid it all out from the getgo, cause now the entire company looks like a bunch of shady corporate zombies.
