Yeah that's called Brady material. Any criminal defendant can request it. If the prosecution has exculpatory material and fails to turn it over, this can lead up to sanctions up to and including just throwing out the case against the defendant.

Yeah that was my fault. I was trying to make a cheeky joke while also showing support for him being brutally killed in prison. The Jim thread kinda melted my brain. I do think it would be better that if they are able to fully pin all of this on him, and it's looking that way, that they just take him to a swamp and make a canoe out of his head with a 9mm. The prison system and tax payer are over burdened as it is.
