If you inspect the newsletter page source code you can find all of them.

Curiously they're all labelled 1999 which is a kind of html code language that's referenced in the Spamton Love Network video. Speaking of which...

Looks like Spamton's "ascension" didn't turn out to be as good as he'd hoped. From what I can piece together the text says:

Toby fox is starting to remind me of yanderedev with his lack of progress. According to him "chapter 3 is almost finished and we're doing limited work on chapter 4" for more than a year now

From what I can piece together the text says:

IIRC Toby had said that the weird live action spamton videos were commissioned to a comedy group who had the creative liberty to do whatever they wanted, and therefore it's non canon

Unlike Yanderedev though, toby has proven track record of appealing content.
In my eyes: It's done when it's done.
The whole "deadline for chapter four" line was more worrying as I'm kind-of expeting a rush-job.

There is - however - the unfortunate calculation that I might be middle aged by tbe time I'm playing the ending.

I think that’s just an indicator that they’re close enough to the finish line to set a deadline. He joked way back at chapter 1’s release that the rest of the game might take another seven years, and they’re on track to only be through chapter 4 around the six year mark.

In the Japanese translation (which Toby has a lot of input over) there's a character in the intro that speaks just like Chara. (Manners of speaking are much more distinct in Japanese)
IIRC Kris is repeatedly shown as uncomfortable through his body language and has an uneasy relationship with the player. The authoritative voices calling Noelle in snowgrave are implied to be the player's own and not Kris's.

I wonder if Ralsei will be the villain and Noelle will become the third party member. She's treated the same as the other party members if you try to name a character after her in the intro.
Maybe you'll go solo with Noelle in future weird routes instead? Who knows.

It's unlikely to be Chara, while the kana+kanji is unique for Chara in undertale, in deltarune everyone in the darkworld speaks in kana+kanji, so there's a huge list of characters that could be the second voice.

As for Ralsei, there's a chance that either he or Noelle will become antagonists in the future since his entire goals is to stop the Angel's heaven, something strongly associated with Noelle.

Whats the current plan for delta rune? I played chapter 1 or whatever and decided id wait till its complete, how many is he making? Is it still 5? Is he releasing chapters episodically still or will they be bundled? Like what is a finished deltarune and do we have any idea of when its coming?

Chapter 2 / Out
Chapters 3 & 4 / Coming soon*
Chapters 5 & 6 / Heat death of the universe

As of Chapter 3 & 4, the game will cost money, likely because he can't afford to keep funding development out of pocket.

To put it shortly Toby will release chapters 3 and 4 together and after that nobody knows what the releases will be, we basically expect to be 7 chapters total but who knows if Toby changes his mind during production, chapter 3 is basically finished, chapter 4 nobody knows the amount done outside the fact that Toby put an internal deadline for this chapter, chapter 5 is probably in the beginning of production and nobody knows anything about chapters 6 and 7.
