its also a bit odd how many "beloved" personalities were fake. Nick, Dick, Idubbz. it honestly seems like the most successful people online are people saying opinions they clearly don't believe. A real version of the trad dad nick pretended to be would have never been as "on point" with his opinions or as willing to abandon his 5 kids and wife and law career to pander to weirdos online.don't get too enamored with any of these online personalities.
I've noticed in general that part of being successful is crafting a persona that isn't an exact match to you but instead what people want when they look at you. Nick obviously could have been as sexual and offputting way back during the start of weebwars or even the lolsuit, in fact we should ask ourselves why he wasn't that way. But for some reason he wasn't. Dick Masterson could have been siding with the pedos and talking about juju the cow or his hatred of places like kiwifarms way back in 2016 but again he didn't and we need to ask ourselves why that is
The same way most people in the know mock the plebs for believing Taylor "loves british man children Swift and Travis "wigger personified" Kelce are in a real relationship. people need to examine their biases and truely ask themselves if what they're really being fed isn't complete bullshit meant to satisfy us as part of a grift. Dick's biggest thorns were always there same with Nick, its not like Nick's college underwear parties happened last year, those were always stories he could have told. Same with him being a trust fund kid or a drunkard.
As you said we need to be careful to "not put our life in the hands Of an eceleb Who'll throw it all away"
