The worst day of Nick's life was when his father told him he would be bypassed for control of the family fortune on his father's death. Been lurking this thread for a few months, finally made an account after reading the last thousand pages or so. Count me in with the people who used to really like Nick, recommended him to some internet friends (thankfully no irl ones), and embarrassingly, even superchatted him a few times, and despise what he's turned into/always was.

One positive thing to come from him though - seeing him degrade rapidly since the Eric July drama (that's when I started really following this, as I lost interest in him long before then when he clearly started drinking too much) was the straw that broke the camel's back that got me to stop drinking completely. I don't miss it at all.

Around the 30 second mark of the clip below (May 2023) Nick oddly mentions that the expansions are related to his studio and his kid's bedrooms, and the additions are to be music studios/a sex dungeon.

This could impede Nick's ability to use his studio at times, and would definitely be a stressor on top of whatever else is going on in Nick's life.

AFAIK, the last time Camelot was on Nick's channel was when Nick was extremely drunk at the end of December and he hasn't been on since.
