Well the kid apparently would not shut the fuck up about sonichu and shit escalated from there. In all seriousness the video gives some of the details, the kid was non-verbal so I would imagine far more autistic than the average KF user or Chris. Supposedly the kid slapped him and he forgot to count to 10. I have family that works with special needs children, expect to be hit by them and if you cannot handle being hit by them you should find another job. Obviously being struck by a 9 year old child is what it sounds like, unless he picked up something with weight and took a full swing at you I can't imagine it being that bad. He really did not look like teacher material to me, diversity hire probably?


As I mentioned I have family in special needs care, one of the kids they had to wrangle was a non verbal but extremely violent black boy age 16 or so. I could write a book second hand on what I heard. His biological parents were druggies who had 6 kids living out of van, his foster "father" was a total scumbag nigger collecting foster kids as a business, this nigger apparently drove a Bentley. When he got home after school they would drug him up so he'd sit there and drool into the couch in-front of the TV. Now anyone who knows anything about sedatives will tell you short term sedatives like benzos will wear off after about 6-8 hours and if you are on a steady diet you will begin to withdrawal and become extremely agitated and even violent. So you have a 16 year old mentally challenged old black boy who is withdrawing from xanax dumped into the school at around 9am. The longer the day goes without his meds the crazier he is going to get, he is certainly going to act very violent. The nigger who is supposed to look after him won't give him meds till his back under his supervision, gotta save that dope for 4pm when he gets home, make sure he keeps the noise down. I never met this kid but I feel bad for him, if I had a time machine I'd go back and sterilize his mother. The story about the Bentley nigger collecting foster kids for profit makes me want to fed post.

A Florida woman is accused of fatally shooting another woman while they were passengers inside a crowded Uber ride in downtown Miami, authorities said.

Natalia Lasha Harrell, 24, of Miami, was arrested and charged with one count of second-degree murder with a weapon, according to Miami-Dade Corrections and Rehabilitation online booking records.

According to the Miami Police Department, officers and paramedics responded to a call at about 2:30 a.m. EDT, the Miami Herald reported. Upon arrival, authorities found Gladys Yvette Borcela, 28, unresponsive inside a Uber vehicle, according to the newspaper. According to an arrest report, Borcela had been shot in the torso.

Natalia Harrell, was six weeks pregnant when she shot and killed Gladys Yvette Borcela.

The pair had been at a bar with a group of men and left in an Uber. As they were driving from South Beach through the Brickell neighborhood of the city, the women got involved in an argument, and Harrell pulled out a gun, shooting Borcela dead.

Harrell's lawyer argued in court documents that detaining Harrell's unborn child at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami was unfair.

Unborn child has not been charged with any crime by the State,' the writ of habeas corpus said. 'Further, the State has placed the unborn child in such inherently dangerous environment by placing the child in close proximity to violent criminal offenders.

William M. Norris, in his emergency writ, argued that the fetus' incarceration is a violation of his rights guaranteed by the U.S. and Florida constitutions.

He said the 'draconian confinement' was harming the unborn child, depriving it of vitamins and access to specialists.

Norris also claimed that the unborn baby was held in a corrections transport van without air conditioning while temperatures exceeded 100 degrees.

Norris has argued that his client shot Borcela because she lunged at her during the argument, and that she feared for the safety of her baby.

Borcela's mother, Yvette Rivera, is fiercely opposing Harrell's plea. 'Natalia Harrell Killed My Daughter,' she wrote on Facebook. 'And Now Is Trying To Get A Get Out Of Jail Free Card.

Yep. The tweet I posted in this comment is a perfect example of what you're talking about. New York gave every prospective teacher a high-school level aptitude test. New York was then sued when different races got different scores on the test.

Objective measurement --> disparate racial outcome ---> "this is proof of racism!!"

The courts accept this argument. They will definitely 100% accept it in a lawsuit against uber.

Here's a little gem for you:

Our government has decided that any time blacks perform less than 80% as well as whites, that proves they're being discriminated against.

Keep in mind that the way bell curves work, if you have two groups with different mean values, then the further you get from that mean, the greater the disparity between the groups.

Let's use height as an example. Going off this data: https://www2.census.gov/library/publications/2010/compendia/statab/130ed/tables/11s0205.pdf

The mean height for men ages 30-39 is 5'9" while the mean for women in the same age range is 5'4" - if your job requires a worker to be at least 5'9" and you get equal numbers of male and female applicants, then 54.6% of males are qualified but only 4% of females are qualified. That means female applicants make up 4/58.6 = 6.8% of the qualified applicant pool.

But if we "raise the bar" a little, and say that we require a worker to be just one inch taller, then 41.9% of males are qualified, and 1.1% of females are qualified, which means that qualified female applicants make up only 1.1/43 = 2.6% of the pool.

tl;dr because the mean is different, as you "raise the bar" you get a larger percentage of qualified people from the bell curve with the higher mean.

The federal government has said, "you cannot have a test where blacks perform 80% or less as well as whites." But because blacks and whites have different mean IQs, there's always going to be a difference in outcome ...and if your test (and your job) require a higher IQ, then the difference between blacks and whites will be even greater!!

Going back to the height example, if we "lower the bar" and only require a height of 5'2" then 99% of males are qualified, and 80.2% of females are qualified <--- this is the maximum height that passes the government's "80% difference" rule.

Do you see the problem with this?? If height was actually a requirement for the job, TOO FUCKING BAD because if you set the required height above 5'2" you'll get less than 80% qualified women. And the higher you set it, the greater the disparity.

For airline pilots, for doctors, for any number of jobs where IQ is required, there will be a similarly (low) IQ that is the maximum IQ you could possibly require in order to get the requisite number of "qualified" blacks.

That is correct. The federal government's position, as outlined in United States Code 1607.4 paragraph D is that any test given to applicants, where the difference in the passing rate of whites vs. blacks is greater than 80%, is proof of discrimination.

In this case, it was a test of liberal arts (basically history and philosophy) and science called the New York Liberal Arts and Sciences Test.

In other professions, it'll be things like pilot proficiency, or a doctor's knowledge of medicine. If the difference in the passing rate of whites vs. blacks is more than 80%, the official rule, established by the feds, is that you're discriminating against blacks.

The guy in that pic is clearly as dumb as a fucking rock. He failed the test. He is part of a class-action lawsuit against new york. He will now get a $2 million dollar payday ...because they discriminated against him.

I guess Ethiopia is also notable as it was one of the First Nations to adopt Christianity, but later became a predominantly Muslim nation. They also get a weird sort of worship by black nationalists, with Rastafarians believing that one of the modern Ethiopian kings was the second coming of Christ. A Texas high school basketball player attacked his coach in a parking lot after he was benched for unsportsmanlike conduct during a game earlier that night.

Jevin Allen, 17, and his brother Jarrick Allen, 22, who also allegedly participated in the beating, were arrested Dec. 5 for the assault that left the coach with injuries to his head, neck, face and arms, authorities said.

The coach, who was not identified by name, told the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office that Jevin was benched during the away game “due to his behavior toward an opposing team player” — a disciplinary action that “infuriated” the teen and his family.

Upon returning to their school, Willis High School in Conroe, Tx. at around 9:52 p.m. after the game, the coach found the teen and his family were waiting for him in the parking lot, authorities said.

The relatives confronted the coach, and the fight escalated when Jevin allegedly punched him in the face, the sheriff’s office said.

His brother immediately joined in, with the two pummeling the victim until another coach and several bystanders stepped in to break up the fracas, authorities said.







Both suspects ran off after the attack, police said. After viewing surveillance footage and speaking to witnesses, deputies found and arrested the brothers, who were charged with assault on a public servant.

They were released from Montgomery County Jail after posting $23,000 bond each.
The coach is recovering from his injuries, and Jevin is no longer enrolled at the school, according to a statement the district provided to KHIU.

“The investigation is ongoing, but we did determine that the student’s address was no longer valid, so he has been withdrawn from the district. We are deeply saddened by this incident and will not tolerate this behavior from students,” the statement said.

Conroe is a mid-size city of around 95,000 residents located 40 miles north of Houston.

3-4 years ago, there was a period where melanated individuals were constantly approaching me in the street, trying to sell me various shoplifted and stolen goods. Mostly it was the usual shoplifted stuff, like wireless earbuds and other gas-station electronic products.

The only time I bought was when this random nig turned up with an absurd number (maybe 5 or 6) of those big capacity 33 gallon commercial-style trash cans, and I bought the whole lot for just a few dollars. He was exhausted from carrying them on foot, probably for miles, and they reeked terribly so they were probably stolen from a restaurant. But I left them outside to air out for a few weeks and they were as good as new. Still using them to this day. That day I happened to be planning to go out and buy some new commercial trash cans, so the nig was quite fortunate to run into me, but I do wonder what his plan was, walking around with those awkwardly bulky, reeking trash cans in the middle of the summer.

Another absurd encounter during that time was with a different nig who had a shopping cart with just a few items in it. There was basically just some empty boxes, an old printer, and a very battered copy of Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator for Windows XP, which completely baffled me as such an incongruous item for a guy who was otherwise always trying to sell stolen earbuds and cell phones. Was he reduced to stealing from the dumpster of a second-hand bookstore that day?

Around that time, nigs were also always approaching me to beg for a few dollars for bus fare with the same tired excuses of their car being broken down or needing to get to a job interview or whatever. I always told them to check this one stretch of sidewalk not half a block away where I knew for a fact that there was regularly at least $1.50 - $2.00 worth of quarters and nickels just lying on the ground, but that always pissed them off.
