Nick says he does not lie. He would just admit if he was doing something. His real life allows him to just be him 100%. Being honest on the internet hurts you
Has a bigger lie ever been said than a notorious liar claiming he doesn't lie?
I've come to notice that most of these youtubers have very distinct warning signs when the burning star of their career is about to implode into a black hole.
Can you give me some examples of this happening in other cases? I'd like to read about it.
It is more or less the cardinal sin to lawyers to betray confidences.
I know that Nick is a lawyer and betraying confidences is such a huge deal with them, but I think that part of the reason why people are so pissed off isn't just that he betrayed confidence as a lawyer, it's that he betrayed someone's confidence, period.

So many professional ethical codes are built around that one simple thing that doing it is viewed as abhorrent.

Doctors and other medical personnel such as EMTs also have a code of conduct preventing that, and while it isn't as absolute as between a lawyer and their client (The federal government has, in the past, violated doctor-patient confidentiality in some pretty insane ways. "Oh he told XYZ to his therapist and the therapist recorded him to use as notes, that means he consents to it being listened to by third parties" iirc was the pants on head retarded justification for breaking it with the Menéndez brothers) the very idea of breaking it except for the circumstances that we are required to is pretty fucking abhorrent.

So it's a universal thing, that's why I think so many people are mad at him over this.

Rekieta mentioned Rumble the other day and insisted that everything is going GREAT!

His seething, forced smile told everyone what’s really up.

And frankly, his numbers just aren’t there, judging by the engagement.

EDIT: There’s no way that Rumble isn’t full of shit about views.

Look at this:

YouTube views.

Rumble views.

Somehow the minute Rekieta turns off YouTube stream, tens of thousands of people flock on to Rumble.

Meanwhile, his videos get DSP tier numbers on Rumble.

Doubt.
There are some known oddities regarding YT viewer counts; it's common for someone to put up a viewer poll and get more votes within a few minutes than there are official viewers, well beyond the degree that could be explained by simple churn of people coming in and leaving. It's been speculated that the count doesn't reflect those using adblocks, and possibly not those who are listening but are looking at a different tab in their browser.

I'm only just now performing my due diligence and doing the research into Our Champion and I'm pretty impressed so far. It's ironic that it was Pat Tomlinson's fans who were the most upset over the voting when IMO Nick here goes into the same category of "literary cow" as Fatrick. The chief difference is that where Fat would be a dumbass in any age, Nick sort of parallels our societal angst (a wealthy man with natural advantages losing his mind living in a wealthy nation with natural advantages that is in turn losing its mind).

Clearly the brain parasite known as alcohol had basically already eaten its way through Rekieta's frontal cortex by this time last year at the latest but the journey is endlessly fascinating and is a worthy "lolcow novel" alongside Tomlinson. (Both of them are a short read compared to the Remembrance of Things Past that is DSP however, which I've been dreading getting into for years now.)

In context of previous discussion about Rekieta's family, I wanted to express my thoughts on whether it's better to be stuck in a low-fat goblinmode, or be a happy plump mom.

No, the best evidence, I think, is the lack of engagement. Like he's getting 60K views or whatever, but almost jack shit in terms of Rumbles (Rumble's superchat equivalent). I don't buy it. I think this is Cozy view multiplier situation all over again, minus having to kiss Fuentes's ass.

I will note some investment analysis firms aren't buying it either. The SEC is supposedly looking into Rumble right now.
Rumble was already cleared by the SEC, at least on whatever they were supposedly looking at.

They probably saw a nonce like Rackets in his rainbow wife beater and thought they were friendly with the coalition. Or maybe Vito's streaming on there, I don't keep track. No, it was probably Mersh's seizures that saved them!

Jokes aside, there has been some talk about Rumble's shit view numbers on here. The general consensus is Rackets gets a spike in part due to his timeslot, when he ends up on the front page. They also aren't good at counting viewers, and supposedly they're going to update that sometime in the future.

I have said I think their garbage numbers are just due to incompetence, but others have rightly pointed it could be deliberate incompetence.

The driver that they are suddenly missing is Nick, because his wife finally told him to stop driving the kids around while shit faced drunk, which he is now 24/7.

He's not suddenly more busy with his kids being an awesome dad, he is now too drunk to stream most of the day and passed out in a puddle of piss and vomit the other part of the day.

Even if he was this super involved dad he pretends to be he could very easily stream in the evening/at night when the kids are in bed. He works from home with a SAHM and a nanny to take care of his kids. There isn't a better arrangement to hope for as a streamer. It's all bullshit.
Nick's excuses about the kids' schedules being a driving factor behind the cancellations do not make much sense to me, since he is obviously not driving them around after 11pm at night as a matter of course.

One possibility I considered is that Kayla has become aware of how unsafe a driver he is, either because there was an actual scare of some sort that made its way back to her, or because she finally belatedly became aware that Nick was up well into the morning, potentially getting drunk, before driving around the next day and that he is now under strict orders to be sober and well-rested before driving.

Since sometime near the start of January 2024, Nick's Locals poststreams have moved from the kitchen to an adjacent sunroom. The sunroom has the blinds down for the windows/exit to deck and in the one good shot of the door to the kitchen/living area I saw on @elb's channel, that door was closed. The exception was a daytime Locals stream that did take place in the kitchen.

According to my clips (and memory) the last kitchen stream he did was when he made Kayla breakfast and all the alcohol bottles were laid out on the counter

A piece of speculation I had regarding this change is whether Nick is literally hiding in the sunroom and representing to Kayla that he is sleeping in there when he is actually spending at least some of his time streaming to Locals. The sunroom area is the most obvious room in the house I can think of to turn into an ersatz bedroom or sleeping area.

Before, Nick didn't really hide what was going on while on stream. He was admitting to having to drive his kids around after streaming and drinking until well into the morning, meaning at the very least he would be sleep deprived even if you assume he wasn't still drunk.

As I posted, there was at least one occasion where Nick announced he needed to leave his house at 9am to pick up his child, drank on stream for hours, talked about being drunk, and streamed until well past five in the morning. This was the same stream where he showed off the dozens of liquor bottles in arm's reach. This stream occurred in May 2023, 9 months ago, and Nick has very visibly declined since then despite claiming to be healthier than he's been in years.

Considering how delusional he sounds right now, consider me skeptical that he suddenly came to a realization all by himself that his driving practices were unsafe.

Nick had to leave to pick up one of the darn kids at 9:00am:

Nick describes a complicated scheduling situation where he has to leave his house to pick up one of his darn kids, who would inform him mid-journey whether he actually needed to be picked up. If the answer was no, Nick would turn around half-way and head back home.

"So I have to leave my house in 9am. That's in 4 hours." (05:49:00)
Let's do some math. That clip (it's on page 2052) is three minutes long and starts at 05:49:00 in the VOD. His stream is scheduled to start at 11pm Central time, but If I'm reading the Rumble UI correctly, Rumble appears to have timed the stream as starting at 11:09pm Central time; adding 5 hours and 49 minutes to that time places that clip sometime around 4:58am Central time. That's just over 4 hours before 9:00am, which comports with Nick's statement. Even if he were to have started on time as scheduled at 11pm, that's only a difference of nine minutes.

The clip below comes from the end of that night's stream, at 06:24:35 in the VOD. That's over half an hour since Nick said he had to leave in four hours at 9am, and around 5:33am if the timing on Rumble is correct. It's well past five in the morning; Nick still has a drink in his hand.

Not sure if he addressed it directly but IIRC, shortly after he thirsted after Mandy really hard on stream (this was well before "she" was outed as a likely catfish and etc.), he went on stream and basically said something to the effect of "I've been drinking too much on stream/going a bit too crazy and I need to calm down a bit," with the obvious implication that Lady Rackets had probably seen his behavior and wasn't too pleased with it.
Well it's worse than that. A former fan leaked her DMs with Nick Rekieta and Nick said himself that his lusting over Mandy on that stream was hurtful for his wife.

Combine that with how he rushed into action to try to wipe the clip off the Internet and you can easily conclude that Nick got chewed out by Kayla over it.

He probably got mocked by Kayla over it when "Mandy" was revealed to be a figment of Daniel "Buffalo Dan" Harris' imagination.

I just watched the clip of Nick's weight loss advice to the people in his audience. He is officially claiming to have gone from 201 to 156.
Nick's new catchphrase to his overweight female fans is "just don't eat". Exercise and such is for stupid people. Nick knows physics you see and physics says you "just don't eat".
I really hope he doesn't kill anyone with this advice.
Nutrition? Macros? Protein for muscles and fats for hormones? Lol no! Just don't eat dummy, Drink your calories! It worked for me, just look at me.

It’s more than a lawyer betraying confidentiality, it’s more like Rekieta breached all the rules that separates being an absolute garbage person from the rest of us.

- Nick said he is having trouble re-aligning his schedule to be consistent... because you need to be consistent to gauge which time slots are the best. (Awe inspiring insight)
Bullshit. The other lawtubers are sporadic with their streams and people show up. Most have some set times but tend to do bonus shows throughout the week.
Prime example is Sean who has the Thursday stream and recently has been killing it streaming but he could be on at 9am, 1pm, 7pm and still draws a crowd. Not rekieta numbers but he's growing.
Jeff has his weekly OJ stream and has also been jumping on other streams and now doing Hannah Reed...he had more people than court TV on day 1 for a bit. Obviously we've seen Andrew take off and surpass Rekieta numbers but saying he can't because he needs the right time slot in addition to being consistent. Bullshit. The consistency you need is showing up if you say you are doing a stream.
Saying he can't stream a trial...why? Why does he assume it has to be live in the moment? Sean and Dani have been doing Traconis the evening of or a day later and people show up! People may have already seen the trial but want to see their reaction and hear their opinions.
Fucking idiot

It might also help to actually talk about the law when you decide to finally do your one job in life, instead of, oh I don't know, being drunk for hours straight while ranting about a Serbian forum operator and a disgruntled ex-fan.

Nick is responsible for the decay of Eugenia Cooney 100% case closed

Realistically, if he started fixing shit today and became a ceilingcatfearing man again, turned his life around. How long would it take until the default online position wouldn't be to make fun of him?

Realistically, I think it would be impossible to reach that point, but a good sign of character would be to take it in stride and make fun of himself. Love or hate the content that Nerdrotic does, he never denies his junky/felon times to the point where people just don't point that out anymore because it doesn't affect him.
