Your mention of Adderall mills makes me wonder if all of Nick’s psychiatric meds are prescribed by a doctor who knows him IRL. I’d actually be surprised if that was the case.
It depends on what the legality of it is in Minnesota. if things are anything like California, he could get damn near any medication from any number of website or app by just paying the monthly fee and getting on a zoom call once a month.
Though his anecdote about the doctors forcing a full panel of tests on him makes me skeptical that he’s been getting medications this way. Then again, you could very easily go to one of those sites and find a real doctor to give you a bullshit ODD diagnosis, and existence of said diagnosis is all they would be required to have access to drugs like adderall or any number or SSRIs.
