I think people, especially Adrian, get annoying with the warnings. It’s the same as those YouTubers who hand out seizure warnings whenever anything might flash the screen. It feels like a mantra more than an actual warning and almost a weird way to virtue signal.whenever they have a video taking apart a AC->DC power supply (danger high voltage; capacitors can contain a lethal charge even if unplugged, etc.)
Also, laying the warnings down thick might scare people out of repairing their stuff, and maybe even the whole hobby. It can be dangerous but it’s not really, once you’re aware of it.
Should David have said something? Maybe, but every single person watching his content already knows. I guarantee it.
