Sean will be streaming the Monty v Balldo hearing.

Sean's Youtube Stream starting around 10am Central

Nick nonchalantly waiting for the stream to start.

He got drunk and claimed that Montegraph was a person who liked to do illegal things with kids. Monty threatened to sue him if he didn't engage in take-backsies. Rackets said "I didn't even say that" probably because he was too drunk to remember what he actually said and refused to retract the statement and so monty sued him.
The weird part is that when he spoke with Null about it he claimed he said allegedly and Randazza, his lawyer for this case, said he called Monty a retard while speaking at a libertarian conference and talking about the case without specifying it was Balldo. The video evidence clearly shows he said it as fact and when challenged he doubled down to the point Kurt tried to walk him off the ledge but Balldo wanted to dive face first off of it.

Lots of people tuned in to Sean's stream to bitch about how unfair it is Schneider is probably taking Monty's case on contingency or at a reduced rate. Committing pro se defamation and making local lawyer in a relatively small legal community hate your guts are both unforced errors. As is paying Randazza at least 6 figures to play around with his legal experimentation.

when liars start getting overly specific with details and reporting actual numbers etc. They're full of it.
Yeah this. Nick does it a lot. Normal stories don't sound like that. Unless a number is particularly notable, people tend to leave them out entirely. Obviously 107 is notable, if I had a fever of 107 I would absolutely tell people that specific number, but it would be after I started the story with "holy shit, so I ended up in the hospital the other day because my brain was melting..." Nick just doesn't understand what he's saying, as evidenced by him revising that number to 102-103 the next morning.

How normal humans that aren't pathological liars would provide that information is "hey, sorry guys, I'm pretty sick, not going to be able to do a show." It feels unnatural to even provide generalities of the illness, let alone specific thermometer readings. Most people would only provide more information if it was requested.

>Sorry guys, I'm sick, not going to be able to do a show
>Oh that sucks, what's wrong?
>The flu or something, running a fever with body aches and stuff
>Oh shucks, hope you feel better
