Just have it watch the screen through an external camera to evade anti-screenscrapers.

Long time lurker, had to respond to this, I literally play cards for a living. None of the reputable sites scrape your screen, it's extremely unethical, there are other methods to force fair play. If you're a recreational poker player if anything you lose less against a literal GTO bot than a good reg exploiting you correctly, if you're a good player the bot is marginally profitable against you but you still more than make up for it through exploiting the weak players.
The only concern when it comes to online poker are superusers which there are super few and far inbetween, most on super sketchy sites- if you play on stuff like GGpoker, you honestly deserve it.
Also most sites have decent security, especially Stars- I've been asked a few times to send in videos from multiple perspectives recording myself play while having to do all kinds of goofy shit like having to show them that my ears don't have earbuds in them and that there are no hidden off screen monitors with solvers or other assistance which is obviously a hassle, but at least you know they are trying to maintain the game's integrity.

Bossman's biggest problems with violating Terms of Service:
-Self Destructive Behavior- always baiting doing something stupid, wishing he was dead etc
-Fraud (DMCA)- Kick has DMCA under Fraud oddly. Bossman always has up some copyrighted music and sometimes shows others videos without fair use. Kick does not typically enforce this for music and seems to use this for restreaming things like Pay Per View fights, movies etc.
-Violence and Hate speech- The way Austin goes into the "Rats" when he's on a tear could get him into hate speech and bullying hot water. He is fond of calling people retards, and as we know retards are not only a protected class, but President of the United States.
-Pornography-Going into great detail about fucking rats moms. he will have to tone down the fantasy stories.
-Gambling- This one sounds weird cus its bossmanjack, he gambles. What's not allowed under this rule is gambling with other peoples money, which he does from time to time...and any sub only or sub weighted giveaways (Subs always get twice the luck..). Also interestingly under this same rule, technically bossman is not ALLOWED to stream any other site than stake.us as every other site is illegal where HE is, where stake.us is. So if Bossman screws the pooch with Stake again, Kick could also ban him from showing their competition.

Honorable mention: Violence- There is no telling what Kick will think of Austin's violent melt downs. Do they count as self destruction? Does Kick recognize the sentience of all the headphones needlessly murdered?
