Old bay bloody Mary mix garnished with a steamed shrimp is pretty boss.Hell, I actually really like the "Bloody Mary with a whole meal of veggies in it" thing but that's crazy. My general opinion is no meat, except possibly seafood things like clam juice or shrimp or maybe even lobster or crab.

Can't bodycam footage be FOIA'd? If so I would be shocked if a brotherman hasn't tried before.
Of course I know FOIA'ing doesn't mean you'll get 100% of what you request. In fact you usually don't unless the case is like 40 years old.
Sorta. FOIA laws in each state lay out which categories of information are public and which aren't, but many governments respond with denials to information that is obviously, categorically public information per the statute. They deny it anyway because they're clearly hiding mismanagement. I know this because recently there was a sketchy grade inflation scheme among the trashy ghetto Baltimore city schools and the local investigative journalists had to legit sue to get access to the emails. It was like pulling teeth.its a part of an ongoing investigation therefore gets denied.
So I guess my point is that you often do have a right to the government info. And it's not even a complicated legal question, they're legit just forcing litigation to make public scrutiny expensive.
Try contacting journalism orgs for funding to challenge this. They're usually open to it. Just be a little clever about your motivations.
I'm so worried about kids being given nicknames as proper names. In this case her name is not Nicole, it’s Niki. Her parents gave her a nickname as a name. She also has a sister named Toni. If they’d had another girl she was going to be called Freddie.
