They're also remaking some of the games. I guess that might factor in.One reason could be that they’re planning to port the 3DS to the Nintendo online service, but another more likely reason is just because it’s Nintendo

There's bunchesI played Shock Troopers and Twinkle Star Sprites for the first time in the past week, and it made me miss shmups that were made like this. It made me thankful that Metal Slug was not the only one.
Alright Kiwi frens,
I found these on archive.org. I ran them through virus total and it came out clean. Also, I ran it locally and appears to be fine. Hopefully they weren't tampered with.
Citra was run by the same developers as Yuzu so it was more of a casualty than something Nintendo went for specificallyWhy would Nintendo care about Citra? 3DS was discontinued in 2019 and they don't make any new 3DSes anymore.
Fuck, that was really convenient for translations because often ROMs would be prepatched. Are there any other good sites with prepatched ROMs?Nintendo showing us once again that copyright laws protect not the authors, but big corporations' legal offices.
The more I see this stuff going on the more I wish for a modern Ted Kaz.
2024 is the year of shit DMCA it seems, CDRomance has to take all downloads for translations and romhacks off-site.
I fucking hate lawyers.
They were moved off-site, i guess it's still available. Also, most users on that thread are reporting that they can still download stuff just fine, so I guess that you should get what you can before it gets into effect.Fuck, that was really convenient for translations because often ROMs would be prepatched. it only really lasted for a day or two. the site owner had it set up so that you would have to copy a code for the game you wanted, then go to cdromance.org and put in your code to get a download link. he must have worked out something else because now i believe the main site redirects to the .org and the download links are directly on the page again.Fuck, that was really convenient for translations because often ROMs would be prepatched. Anyone have a link for a good site on getting ps2 bios?
It looks like the Internet Archive has them:
Thanks for the links, there's also http://emulation.gametechwiki.com/index.php/Emulator_files not the most up to date, but it has alt links and (in other pages) instructions for setting bios that need a bit of work (like xbox or dsi)along with r-roms.github.io & myrient.

google's api now change the search query, beware. I'd advise against using google (and wikipedia) at all.jewgle could be a retard though
"I love Nintendo games so much that I hope it becomes incredibly difficult and expensive for others to experience them."The bootlickers celebrating Citra's destruction, I hope their 3DS breaks and their games get corrupted saves.
NOOOOOOOOOOO IF YOU PIRATE 3DS GAMES SHIGERU MIYAMOTO WILL STARVE!!!"I love Nintendo games so much that I hope it becomes incredibly difficult and expensive for others to experience them."
I know. There's a whole lot to discuss about that but I don't think this is the right place.google's api now change the search query, beware. I'd advise against using google (and wikipedia) at all.
This and GBA video was an interesting rabbit hole to go down. The sound in particular is surprisingly good. Are there video players for other retro systems? You thought GBA Video was strange? Check out the MovieCart for the Atari Video Computer System.
Actually, they did. Some Disney movies like Wretch-it-Ralph, Up and Big Hero 6 were available to buy on the Japanese eshop, as well as the The LEGO Movie. All of them supported 3D.I also don't know why it never continued on DS and 3DS. Especially since those could handle FMV properly. 3DS even had 3D videos you could download from the e-shop. These were mostly short videos of flowers and things like that, not full episodes of shows. I want to say there was a fan site that hosted home made 3D photos. I don't know if they hosted videos too?

they were cool if you had a flash cart, you could encode your own or download stuffBack when GBA video was new, they seemed popular, but to me they always seemed like a bad deal. You could get a game, or 2 episodes of a cartoon you've likely already seen
