I mean, yeah, there's something definitely wrong with his psyche, but there's no real grounds to try and institutionalize him.

The basic criteria for mental competency is if he can understand right/wrong and understand the basic proceedings of a court case. Arguably the latter might escape this particular Piggy's grasp (as I think he has an incredibly warped view on the law in general) but I'd argue it's very easy for him to clear this hurdle.

Personally, I am hoping that he does get interrogated by the police for his nonsense (I am hoping that this lolsuit could be construed as the basis for a fraud case if it is indeed proven in a court of law that he was behind a torswats order and/or the graffiti), it is FOIPable and the JCS YouTube channel does an analysis on it.
