I can't really imagine her doing a good job on the application. They really grill you, and you have to be able to understand how they want you to answer. I just don't see Staph being able to stick to the subject and answer questions like "how do you feel about declawing" or "under what circumstances would you surrender a pet" without wandering far off the topic and talking about her gender identities. Staph is a lying liar who lies. She's also a raging moron. It's possible that when she gets told she's passed the first stage of an application, she thinks that it means she's been approved, but in reality there are multiple stages involved and she keeps failing upon closer scrutiny.
