It all should have been shut down the moment they trooned out RvB just to pander to non fans. They lived long enough to be the villain for more than half of their existence, so good fucking riddance. Next time we rewatch actual RvB, we can do so knowing that its corpse isn't still being flopped around somewhere with some sexpest faggot's rainbow tattooed arm rammed up its ass.

I fully agree, I was a big fan of them until 2016, then I just got so sick of the lecturing. The last good video was Uno the Movie which was recorded on election day. I never enjoyed anything after that video.

Ironically Funhaus was seeing some success moving to streaming regularly on YouTube on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Not as much success as they once had but they were putting up solid numbers consistently

AH/LP and Funhaus were my go-to along with the RT podcast ten years ago before loosing interest shortly before Ray left and Burnie had staped away from the camera, and after I found this thread I would regularly check up on it in morbid fascination at how something I once loved had fallen apart.
I had an extended absence from the farms while it was hard to access and since coming back I only just today checked this thread after seeing no new updates to the features list had come up since the Fatrick news, was catching up on 100+ pages and getting sucked back in only to find it finally ended while I was reading. I had to check the front page and the date of that announcement to make sure I wasn't having a brain fart. Fucking weird.

Joel was someone who Gus and Jack grew to hate. Joel was a fucking unicorn in that he was a Conservative actor and regularly would butt heads with them on the podcast. He also probably was one of the most active of the founders in the company from how it sounds as they became corporate got froze out because his role got taken over.
The RTX bullshit where Joel swapped out Jack’s sim card and pretended to give out Jack's cell number will always be funny. Especially because Joel got slightly annoyed by Jack not letting people sign a wooden tower.

RT and I, much like many in thread have a lot of history. I remember when I was young, someone said my voice sounded like caboose and that I was as retarded as him. That's what got me into RVB and the ensuing entities they acquired or started up. From Cowchop, Funhaus, to the later on mediocre yet funny DND Stinky Dragon podcast, I was enjoying it all and laughing. Even with all of it's controversies. Especially Demo Disk with Bruce and James.
And the Vic situation happened and it kind of soured the entire thing to me. And somehow it felt like everyone related to Rooster Teeth suddenly was either quitting or being exposed online. It all fell apart. So I just chalked RT up to being a place that attracted fucking weirdos or lambasted the people with talent.
The only thing funny to me is the fact that I was scrolling instagram the other day and got an advert for RT's new logo. And then suddenly it's shuttered by Discovery? lol.
That's like getting your old jalopy out for a new coat of paint and then having to see it get Tboned by a train.
