Dylan James Mulvaney / Days of Girlhood / Day __ of Being a Girl - Dylan Explains It All, a gay man interprets 'girlhood' in all glorious technicolor.

My hunch about people like Alok and Jeffrey Marsh is they make themselves as repulsive as possible in order to guilt-trip (gullible) people about their repulsion. The Jimmy Savile technique.
I don’t know much about Alok’s thing besides his little girls are kinky quote (which should have resulted in an instant social ban but we’re talkin’ elite society here) but he gives off untouchable bully vibes to me. He’s profoundly disturbing and menacing like a blood splattered horror clown at a kid’s birthday party and knows it. He relishes that no one will dare challenge his aggressive bullshit and offense. And the cognitive dissonance he causes by being a hairy alpha male in a dress with make up. He and Dylan are two sides of the same manipulative coin. Dylan wags his tail and begs for attention and Alok slyly shows his fangs and says Go ahead, try to ignore me. Or say something about what I’m doing here. See what happens.

The event was sponsored by Max Mara, so naturally he turned up in a $2k Max Mara frock, $300 Max Mara bag and $800 Max Mara heels (total: $3.1k)
Note for the newer members of this thread: It's unlikely that Dylan is paying even close to half the total price for all these items. Dyldo is a walking ad and most likely got clothes for a steal* through sponsorships.

*Not that the quality of the pieces justifies the price.

Gaga has increasingly been showing her unhinged theatre kid energy, so I'm sure she and Dylan unironically had an absolute blast together (at the expense of the ear drums of everyone else in the room). I'm intrigued to see the final result of this shoot, because they both are dressed like they're going to different places and Dylan's giant Barbarella wig is particularly offputting.
Anyway, he rounded out his International Women's Day by going to the Women In Film part for women Oscar nominees.

Seems like his party shoes are yet again ill-fitting and painful. I don't envy the experience of having to squish your man feet into shoes made for women.

I suspect he gets the majority of his duds for free and for a very limited time, depending on some fashion marketer’s plan. With a whole outfit thrown his way like a bone now and then for being a good boy. He (or his wranglers) probably charge different rates depending on whether he casually wears the clothes in a video or formally at an event.

It’d be a pretty sad state of affairs for him if he was expected to buy that stuff. I suspect that his fashion work is the only thing bringing in money these days. And he may only get a cut of what his agency gets.

I sometimes wonder if he had any misgivings about the Bud Light gig. Given his class & status before trooning out as a gay actor wannabee, probably not.

I agree with the rest of your comment regarding Alok being someone who gets off on being so repulsive and daring people to say something, but just for the sake of being accurate I will point out that the little girls are kinky thing, it was Janani Balasubramanian (the pooner from DarkMatter) who said it -
darkmatter_rgb_01.jpg
Alok kept quiet about who exactly said it for a while, but since their falling out (which I detailed in their thread here) he's been quite open that it was Janani. They both refuse to acknowledge DarkMatter so I think they're both embarrassed about it. He did keep working with Janani for a while after (and they even reposted it) so he's not exactly blameless, but he did at least not type the words "little girls are kinky" and "I was a kinky little girl".

He definitely is getting some of his outfits for free - we know he got styled for a runway by Gaga's Haus Labs, for example (since they did a TikTok about it) and he's been a brand ambassador a couple of times (notably for Kate Spade, who was trying to target a more youthful audience... I think he was quietly dropped as he's not worn Kate Spade in ages). He's apparently been a "muse" (vehicle) for Christian Siriano and he has also had Brad Goreski as a stylist who might have opened some doors. But I think he is buying at least some of the stuff, because Max Mara would never have sent him out in their bodysuit styled like this -

Chanel would never have signed off on this -

Miu Miu are unlikely to have signed off on this (he acknowledges he styled the "chocker" himself, which was a belt from a fanny pack)

and this is vintage Vivienne Westwood which doesn't fit him (and I'm fairly sure I found when it was auctioned to him) so it's not from their archive -

I do genuinely believe that he is spending a good chunk of money on designer clothing. He's absolutely still getting some stuff from designers (more than once, he seems to have worn samples that never made it to production) but while smaller designers may see him as a means to an end, I doubt the bigger houses want anything to do with him, which is why his more expensive pieces tend to be so ludicrous. Wearing a designer's outfits to a designer-sponsored event (even if they didn't give it to you and you had to buy it) is a known tactic for social climbers. Then again, maybe there's a drunk fashion PR handmaiden somewhere willing to lend things out to him.

You can do designer rentals these days for stuff like handbags & regular clothes. That alone costs money but I imagine he is only buying 1-2 pieces that would be staples with regular use in his wardrobe. I know he got a Gucci Jackie Kennedy bag or maybe it was Fendi. Its somewhere in this thread.

He posted a picture on instagram today of him in some women's lingerie looking absolutely haram. He's got the chest of an ironing board.

That's why I never trust these fuckers. If you deliberately go out of your way to look like someone who wants to fuck kids, that's what I'm going to assume you are.

I think we might be getting a Day 365 of Girlhood II: Day 730. Probably not quite as large a production, but no doubt we'll be getting more of Dylan singing out of tune in the very near future.

This is probably what contributes to his manorexia. If he's renting these clothes or borrowing them, he is not getting shoes custom-made for him, and designers don't run up to large sizes. Maaaaybe there are a few designers who would do CAA a favor and do some tailoring, but in general I'm sure they're just bumming their largest sizes off the rack and presenting them to Dylan as an honor. And whatever little adjustments he can make to the clothes, he can't for the heels.

His shoulders and forearms are SO disgusting.

Given how Gaga used to act, it seems like her theater kid energy is way more restrained than it used to be (meat dress, hatching from an egg at an award show, etc). It is funny to notice the size difference between him and Gaga (who's only 5'2").

I will say that the blue dress is one of Dylan's best looks. He should be embracing more 60's looks, they suit him better than anything more modern.

Or early 2010s, when peplum tops were in style. A cinched waist that flares out could do him a world of good in faking curves. Or he could always get hip implants like Nikita Dragun. As someone who exclusively dresses like a stripper and passes far better than most troons, Nikita could probably teach Dyldo a lot given his recent fashion choices.

The blue dress with covered shoulders and his hair down is the best we’ve seen him look at an event IMO. Maybe they finally got someone on his team who has eyes.
