I went back and forth on that as I was typing. In the address field it is indeed PO BOX(really the whole address should be uPPER cASE), but even the USPS website calls them "PO Boxes/PO Box".

I get that this isn't Russ's reasoning but I know an HR person at a company that employs disabled people. Some of them are physically disabled and a few are intellectually disabled but most of them are mentally ill. A few of them have bona fide paranoid disorders but a shocking majority of them had just a general "fuck the man, I ain't telling these chumps nothing" so they would give addresses that didn't exist during onboarding.

Everything was hunky dory until W-2 time comes around and they didn't get theirs. They then suddenly made it everyone else's fault.
